Great hotel for its value. Nice location, nice small spa, good quality breakfast and dinner. Good modern layout of the room. Highlight of the breakfast it is coffee made by a barista for you. Also their scrambled eggs are awesome!

The bathroom - does not really fit this room. Simply not good- little space, no pressure in the shower. The spa is small, but on a high price side. Also, the dinner options are not very imaginative: out of two dinners we had almost identical salads, Deserts are not really good and there is a lack of fruits choices and this is during August!

Fantastic value for money. The location is absolutely perfect - central but our room was very quiet. The building is beautiful inside and out, elegant but not over the top, with lots of nice touches. Parking next door is helpful. The room was spacious with extremely comfortable beds and a nice sofa bed for our daughter. Breakfast is excellent - you get the usual selection of savoury stuff (eggs, bacon, sausages etc), plus a nice variety of bread, juice, teas, always some nice pastries and a great yogurt bar. Coffee was very good, there is always a waitress at the coffee machine making them to order. We also enjoyed the sauna - it's not large but it's a nice bonus

Dinner isn't the best - some of the food is a bit canteen-style. A lot of repetitive "meat in sauce" dishes, although there is always fish available and a different hot vegetable each day. Vegetarians may be quite limited in options. Salad bar was decent. The bathroom in the room is a bit small - but it wasn't an issue for us.

Beautiful room. Pictures are very true to the real thing. Great staff, breakfast and restaurant. Location is amazing and thoroughly enjoyed listening to the singer opposite the hotel and hearing the singing fountain. Very close to see this. Very traditional and wonderful visit. We will return!

Amazing stay indeed. Breakfast was some of the best I've ever had. Proseco served. Truly unique. Staff friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and the location was just excellent. Food in the restaurant was amazing too and I honestly think people really try hard to please you and help. It's definitely a place I'd like to visit again. Parking is available and the rooms are wonderfully spacious. It's near everything you may need. Saturday markets in front of the hotel.

They mention jacuzzi in the description of facilities but they don't have it. Instead they give you a voucher for the public swimming pool. Not exactly what I had in mind for my elderly mother who can barely walk and would appreciate a daily jacuzzi bath for her legs. Shower is some of the worst I have ever seen anywhere in the world. It's about half a meter high. Which means my mum who can barely walk and has mobility issues couldn't use it. Definitely not for people with mobility issues. While I appreciate the size of the room, the TV was very small and unsuitable. Cleaning was weird. They would do our beds ( despite our not wanting that) but not wipe the bathroom floor. We stayed for 11 nights so these points are important. Despite all this we would stay again.

Breakfast was very rich, staff helpful. One could order a proper coffee. There was every day something slightly different so one didn't get bored of the same things. Rooms were spacious, clean, light. It isn't the most modern hotel but still at very good shape.

The only thing I would change if I could would be a shower. Very high step into the shower cubicle. We noticed that the town is full of older tourists and they would appreciate for sure much easier shower to get into.

Our favorite hotel in Mariánské Lázně, we always stay here. Everything is top-notch - perfect cleanliness, huge rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfasts, attentive and responsive staff. In general, everything is just superb! We will definitely come again.

- Bathroom would deserve a makeover. Parking could free as there’s a plenty of private parking spaces next to the hotel, also the rate for the dog is overpriced for Czech republic. No swimming pool, unfortunately. Only sauna.

The hotel's location at the entrance to the park is perfect for walks. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Plenty of options to choose from at both breakfast and dinner. The staff was kind and professional, they arranged for someone in the kitchen to prepare rice for my daughter who had to follow a diet.

The building of the hotel is very beautiful as well as the main entrance hall with gorgeous chandeliers. The room was spacious enough for three of us and we appreciate our balcony looking on the main street with the park.

In general there is nothing negative, it was a pleasant stay. Some suggestions related to sauna: the light in sauna is too strong and aggressive, would be great to be replaced by a warm one. There is no rag in the showers, so either you must put your towel on the floor, or going naked and wet over the relax zone. The chairs are nice, but after sauna is important to keep legs up, so would be better to replace them. Consequently, these small things make a lot, I would not pay for such a sauna separately, but since it is included, naturally we used it
