Decor had clean lines, up to date and the bar was amazing.

Our room was beautiful, but seemed a bit cramped. The affect of the size was minimized by the great layout and good use of space. LOVED the long built in bench against the wall. Perfect for luggage a shopping bags. When we used the slider to close the bathroom door, it had debris and dirt on the floor that had not been thoroughly cleaned. Other than this is was really a great stay. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly, and the rooftop bar was pretty cool. I liked that I could just have valet park my car and forget about it since it’s located downtown and parking isn’t fun in that area.

The towels in the rooms were like sandpaper, you would think the towels would be at least mediocre for the price tag on these rooms.

It was not the hotel that I/we were upset with, but rather Booking.com. Of the two (2) rooms booked, confirmed and paied for, the hotel received only confirmation for ONE (1) room. We had to pay the hotel directly for the 2nd room needed for our party. Furthermore, Booking.com NEVER acknowledged or replied to my messages. Trying to phone Booking.com was impossible as the calls NEVER went beyond an automated sorry we are busier than usual, please try again later!!! This was the 1st and LAST time I or any of my family will use Booking.com!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect location and rooms are amazing

Valet was non existent. We paid for valet only to find our car parked in the same place in front of the valet in the morning. No one in sight and took 15 minutes to get our keys. For the rest of our stay, we just kept our keys.

I loved the location. Perfect for shopping and restaurants.

Nothing to change. The checkin process was easy. I needed additional information and I was able to speak to a very friendly front desk person. I would prefer another parking option.

Staff incredibly nice. The room was clean and perfect size. The breakfast was delicious. Valet service not too expensive and very convenient expecially during inclement weather.

I wish there was more space in the closet and better lighting in the room.

The front desk staff is incredibly friendly, even at midnight when we arrived! Although the valet was no longer running, she gave us very good tips on securing free parking in the area. We also were comped breakfast the following morning because of the trouble! The breakfast is very good here.

Loved the hotel. Great location downtown and you can walk to just about everything including the riverfront shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was really good. Hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I expected.

No Cons

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room key access for the elevator was a great safety feature. The room we got was great for my 3 year old son and he was able to relax.

Parking was tricky but sufficient.

The staff was top notch! Very helpful with suggestions and the valet people were great! Everyone was friendly and accommodated our requests.

Room was a bit small compared to what we are used to. The full-length mirror wasn't positioned properly and there wasn't any dressers for us to use. The clothes storage space was compacted with the empty fridge and coffee maker. We didnt take pictures of the room because it wasnt note worthy. The lobby was nice though.
