We stayed at the hotel from 12.24.2024-01.07.2025. These were wonderful home days. The attitude of the staff is beyond praise, it is very cozy, the rooms have everything you need at home. Breakfasts and social hour are very beatuful. We received quality service, friendly attitude of all employees. Good swimming pool, coffee and tea area around the clock. Systematic room service. Convenient location of the hotel. A quiet place to relax and work. We had an unforgettable experience and were sad to leave. Many thanks to the staff and the hotel administration. It was is perfect!!!

The staff were all so delightful. Very helpful and each one greeted us with a smile. That is rare these days so it was noticed and appreciated.The breakfast was very good and displayed nicely. The room was clean. We were all a little cold though I think there was a small cold air breeze.We must have worked the thermostat wrong. Other than that it was amazing, a hot shower got rid of chills. We enjoyed our evening it was a comfortable, safe environment.

Just the hours of pool and spa were short.We expected a little bigger due to pictures and the pool to be warmer.

Clean, attractive, well-laid-out, and functional room. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Off-season pricing allowed us to enjoy this accommodation. Breakfast is quite good.

It would be ideal if non-pet rooms could be available for those who don't want to stay in a room where pets stayed, but I appreciated that the receptionist worked hard to find us a room pets hadn't been in for nine days. A bit noisy in the morning along the street, but generally a quiet, comfortable accommodation.

Nice comfortable room. Everything we needed was provided. Breakfast was good, staff was great in dining room. Nice path and creek area to walk pups, poo bags and dump station provided. Met our grandchildren in Missoula for a Hockey tournament. FYI: (Pet friendly, but a Non refundable pet fee).

Traveling with our "Fur Baby" I made request for 1st or 2nd floor room near exterior door. Our room was on 3rd floor. It was near stairway and exterior door, going up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we needed to walk pup was a bit much. I am 75 yrs old. I have had knee replacement. Something front desk staff should consider when looking at special request.

The location was well-lit. I arrived in the evening and had to park and walk in the back so the lighting was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable. I had rented the suite so the couch was nice and the small kitchen for coffee was nice to have. The price seemed to match the amenities. The breakfast was one of the best I have had in US. Fresh fruits and many hot items to choose from as well as a wide variety of drinks.

I didn't follow directions but maybe some signage that directs to the best intersection that doesn't cut across the traffic when coming from the south.

One bedroom king suite was very nicely laid out. Comfortable couch and bed. Loved the fluffy comforter and pillows. The billiards room was so much fun. Top notch breakfast with many options.

The pool was extremely small. You can’t swim in that oversized hot tub. With how busy it was, late night adult only hours for the pool area would have been nice. The TV reception was terrible.

Our two kitties were able to stay at the hotel. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the Grant Creek walking trail. Parking was easy.

Didn't like the serving style at breakfast. I am concerned about getting sick from others touching the serving utensils. In the room, I wish the toilet was higher.

The staff was friendly and the place was really clean. It was nice and spacious also.

I know the price probably wasn't a bad price but it still would help if we could get it cheaper as we can't afford a whole lot. Also we did not like it that the TV channels were not a big range. So there wasn't a whole lot to watch.

Friendly staff, fully stocked pantry, enjoyed the little facts of the day on the whiteboard, laundry machine use was free and detergent was a $1. Also enjoyed the room having a living area, kitchen and private bathroom.

Our toilet wasn’t strong enough to flush. Had to flush twice. We stayed for one night and check out was at noon, but housekeeping came by at around 10:30am.

The rooms were very roomy and fit our size.

The lady with black hair at the reception desk was a bit rude and yelled at my husband and granddaughter to stop running. When she could have asked them politely and respectfully as they were just enjoying themselves.
