The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Facilities are well cared for.

I don't care about an employee's personal life. Writing, with a marker, HE/HIM, next to the name is tacky and not needed. Housekeeping provided service in a timely manner. They could provide more attention to small details. The bed side table was not wiped off during our stay of 5 nights.

We didn't really stay at the Holiday Inn. I woke up to a voicemail stating there had been an issue with the reservations system and the property was oversold. The staff had already secured a room for us at the Comfort Inn, and Holiday Inn picked up the charge. The new reservation was seamless and we got a nice river view room. Great customer service!

I booked the Holiday Inn so we would be close to the river walk and central downtown. The Comfort Inn was great, but not as convenient.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were warm. But I had to ask to have towels refreshed and waste cans emptied

There was no breakfast. Booking.com's website stated "breakfast included" (I have a screenshot) and NOT "breakfast offered" or "Breakfast available." I paid over $1000.00 for six nights for a room that, it turns out, didn't include breakfast. I paid for the room for two reasons, 1) nearness to the place I had to go each day, 2) breakfast. I was attending a hard working workshop - I didn't want to have to worry about breakfast in the morning. As it was I paid for a frozen microwaveable breakfast each day. You guys need to get your your story straight. I was thrown quite a curve. Really, either Holiday Inn or Booking.com, owes me some money.

I travelled to to Missoula for the marathon. The entire staff was extremely friendly and energetic. I really appreciated the morning shuttle to the Marathon start area.

The walk to our room was almost comically long. You have to walk around the entire building to get to some rooms. It would have been much more convenient if there was an alternative entrance to save that small inconvenience.

The hotel was conveniently located and pet friendly. We traveled with a service dog in training. The hotel responded almost immediately stating they could meet the special request required for my disabled family member.

The price was a bit heavier than expected, going up $30 from the day before we booked until we booked. For that price I would have expected breakfast to be included.

I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The staff were well accommodating. The location was perfect being close to downtown.

The price was a little expensive but worth the trip. The food was farther away than I initially anticipated. Still, the food was excellent.

The staff at this hotel was phenomenal!! The downtown location was perfect & walking distance to all we needed. Hotel shuttle was a plus & will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius, therefore we did not need to rent a car!!

Everything was perfect. Staff was attentive, helpful & always available. Room was clean & ready before the actual time to check in. Will definitely come back & recommend to family & friends.

Staff was 5 star! From the shuttle driver to the night staff, all were attentive, smiling, sincere and very helpful! This is an extremely rare phenomenon in today’s world.

Room furnishings need some attention-The window shade had a huge stain and should be replaced, and the bathtub looked to have permanent staining and the closet door struggled to stay in the track.

It was the perfect location because the pre-graduation ceremony (hooding) was held exactly at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-lighted. Parking was just in front of the hotel.
