I was initially hesitant about staying at this hotel, especially since it was one of the few options left with vacancies in town. However, I’m so glad I took the plunge! From the moment I checked in, the experience was exceptional. The gentleman at the front desk was not only polite but also incredibly professional. He went out of his way to find me a first-floor room, which made my stay even more convenient, especially as someone unfamiliar with the area. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised by its immaculate condition. It was not only spacious but also remarkably clean—far exceeding my expectations. After unpacking, I ventured out to explore the area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance to a variety of fantastic restaurants and charming shops. While the exterior of the hotel may give off an older vibe, the interior is a hidden gem. The quality and cleanliness of the rooms rival that of high-end chain hotels, yet I paid only a fraction of the price. It’s truly remarkable to find such value! In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. My stay was nothing short of fantastic, and I will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Everything was great!

Easy to get to with nearby places to eat, purchase goods and gas. Very clean!

Light shining through curtain made it seem like day all night. Intermittent toilet running was running. These things made it a little difficult to sleep well.

Very near to the U of M. Beds were comfortable. Wood or vinyl flooring, which I like better than carpet. The staff was nice and obliging. Price was very reasonable.

The location was right off the highway and the staff were phenomenal. The bed was comfortable.

It was a little dated. The trim in our room was either gone or coming off and there were very few outlets.

Very convenient for our purposes of going to Missoula. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The toilet leaked water out of the bottom every time we flushed it.

An elevator would be welcome.

Location was absolutely perfect, bed was extremely comfortable room was clean. It had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, the TV had more channels that I’ve seen in other hotels.

ROOM CONDITION, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT THE SINK FAUSET HANDLE WAS BROKEN MAKING IT UNUSEABLE. LARGE CRACK AT THE TOP OF THE WINDOW.

Clean, great bed, and very good location; it’s a short walk to downtown and the river.

Because it is close to the freeway, it’s a bit noisy.

Parking lot was full so finding a place to park was a little frustrating.
