The inn is an older facility that has been remodeled. It was clean and had the basics at a very affordable price. And, unlike some more expensive places, provided bedside tables and lamps for each side of the bed, and had three chairs. One of us didn't have to perch on the bed. The room was well lighted--not dim like we've sometimes experienced elsewhere. AC worked! The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Husband didn't find the bed comfortable. Inn is located in a busy business area, but convenient to where we needed to be in town.

Cleanliness

We have been staying at the Brooks St for about 3 months off and on as we attend sporting events in Missoula. John and Ellie have always greeted us with a warm smile and been willing to assist with any issues we may have had (TV remote, shower). Both times, it was operator error 😀 The rooms, while not fancy, are comfortable and clean. We have enjoyed our stays.

There is nothing that I would complain about.

Property is a little dated, but the room and bathroom were clean, beds comfortable. Quiet interior, in spite of nearby main street. Easy access to nearby restaurants, stores, gas.

Though we knew it when making the reservation, we still recommend at least having a coffeemaker in the room. Without a microwave or fridge, there's no way to have something quick and ready to drink (besides water) when first waking up.

This is a great retro motel that has been lovingly updated. It has solid walls so it was very quiet despite the busy street it is on. The room was clean. It was walking distance to a great pizza place.

Brooks street is not a great walking street, but it is adjacent to some nice neighborhood streets that are good for walking.

Friendly staff. Room was well equipped and comfortable. The A/C was fantastic. Didn’t expect breakfast but they had coffee and muffins that were huge. Location was just off the main road so the rooms were quiet. Uber to downtown was $15

The room was clean but showing signs of age. We thought this motel was a good value.

Motel staff was excellent and the room was clean and well cared for. An excellent value. Coffee and delicious muffins in the morning were an added bonus.

Better directions on how to use the TV.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious coffee and fresh muffins. The staff was so pleasant, especially Mikayla. The laundry room was clean, and the machines were inexpensive. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room, so Mikayla lent us a cooler.

Everything was great!

This was a much better and more comfortable stay than my previous night at a much more expensive hotel. The bed is always comfortable and has a very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is always friendly and courteous. I actually slept great and was well rested for my trip back home.

Wish it had a refrigerator but other than that very awesome place to stay.

Location was right where we needed ,right near our doctors building. The room was very big!

Needed to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room, not just in their lobby. Some of us do not wish to get out of our room to go warm up our food in the middle of the night, then to bring it back to the room to have it be cold when we get back to our room. Just a thought. But, otherwise the room,staff and etc are wonderful!
