Staff were wonderful! After a bad storm, power came back on right before I checked in. Although computers, etc were impacted, front desk figured out how to register me and get key made. Air conditioning not working yet, however, but that was small inconvenience. Loved the amenities: lotion, etc. refrigerator, microwave (didn't use) and breakfast. Will be back in 3 weeks prior to early morning flight

Bed a bit high for me, had to use chair. Am 5' 1" with hip replacement and back surgeries, don't have full range of motion. Missed having coffee/tea in the room

I was upset because they didn't have our reservation. I know that I had put in the correct date which was Sept 5 check in and Sept 7 check out. But in looking back you had us down for check in Aug 31 and Sept 1 as check out. So we got billed for no-show. Your booking system is very difficult to maneuver, especially when someone needs handicap asissible room.

We got a remodeled room, which was nice. Looked very well done. Very soft bed and well furnished. We got lots of pillows which is always great! Mini fridge, microwave, plenty of storage. Motel front desk staff was very friendly. I'd stay here again. Price was great thru Booking.com.

No coffee machine. My friend said she could hear our neighbors talking and going in and out of their room all night, but that's to be expected at a motel in a larger city. No channel guide.

The dest office manager, oldest lady was rude. She treated me like I was stupid about her blocking bookit so I couldn't rebook.Then ran my card before asking me. Thankfully the dark, short hair desk clerk was very helpful. She help me to get things paid for and I was able to relax again.

That staff were really nice and helpful.

Our motel room door stuck and couldn't get in the room where our stuff was at....then maintenance got it open...they moved us to a different room. It was actually kinda funny.

The free breakfast was fantastic! The room was also very nice; the nicest we’ve been in on our whole trip. And it was clean, clean, clean!

The bed was a bit too high and the pool wasn’t working which was quite a disappointment. The tv wouldn’t adjust properly (the sound). But other than that, it was great…..especially the breakfast.

The staff was very accommodating. We originally had a first floor room and was able to move to the second floor which we felt was safer and more comfortable

The outside areas and stairway areas could use a thorough cleaning. The garbage cans were overflowing and the stairway areas were very dirty

The ladies at the lobby were very helpful and nice.It was a good experience all around with no pressure,no judgemental eyes or discrimination of any kind which was wonderful,seems every where I go in this world today the people are so negative about everything and make problems in other's lives.The Red lion staff are the perfect example of hospitality of a Hotel..Thank ladies.

All of it, peaceful,kind and helpful..

The staff was great! I checked in a little early and the clerk tried her best to accommodate me. The housekeeper hurried and got a room ready for me on the ground floor as requested and did a great job. The place was very quiet and just down the street from a grocery store I could walk to.

I paid over $200 for this room. That's the most I've paid on my entire vacation for a hotel and it was pretty basic. I can't fault them, though since even the Motel 6 was going for over $250/ night. Missoula is too expensive for a traveller.

Location was good. And price/value good.

The bathroom shower drain was plugged and the hallways/walkways outside the rooms could've been cleaner
