I liked the decor style and upscale, yet relaxing feel of this locations lobby as well as the layout of the pool and gym facilities.

We had one issue only and it was a broken hair dryer that caused our power in our room to go out for everything in the room. We had to get someone to come flip the breaker back for the power to return. The blow dryer made a horrible sound and then the power went out. Once the power was back on the blow dryer turned back on but the sound was gone for about 45seconds before it started to smoke and smell awful so we discontinued use and called it quits on drying wet hair after the shower.

Beds were really comfortable, loved the wildlife theme, nice selection for breakfast, and pool wasn't cold.

Went swimming an hour after we checked in(4ish) and my kids and I really enjoyed. One of the employees came in and I'm assuming put a cleaning tablet into the hot tub. Said to the other parent there that it wasn't toxic. However, went back to go swimming with the rest of the family a few hours later and it WREAKED of chlorine as soon as you walked in. Made your eyes sting, made my throat burn, and it was horrible.

It was the best night sleep is many in months! The beds and pillows were so comfy, I had my little doggie with me, and they were so friendly at the front, and welcoming, thank you for that! And the rooms were a comfortable temperature! Close proximity to freeway, but quiet, and there were many selections of places to eat by walking or driving. Great location! I walked my dog by the river that ran nearby, they had a park bench there to watch and listen to the water rolling by. I liked the ice machine on every floor. Good little breakfast nook too.

The elevator was small and those bellman carts don't steer very well, which made it a little difficult to get in the elevator. I AM moving across country, so I did have a lot of heavy valuable belongings with me though.. and the wet floor from the pool as wet kids feet did make the floors a little slick, but that wasnt bad.

Room was great! Clean and bed comfortable. I do miss a table being in the room with 2 chairs like some places as we were here to work and often needed to grab food and eat in our room. Breakfast was very good compared to other like hotel offerings. Employees were friendly and accommodating. We were here on a family work project for almost 2 weeks so we were happy for the hotel amenities and comfort. We will stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and so was the bed. Breakfast ws very good.

only problem is in the winter the temperature of 88 is too cold for the pool. We weren't able to use the hot tub as chemicals had been put in about 30 min. before we arrives as it had been drained and cleaned. We were told it wouldn't be long and we would could use it. We were told that 3 times throught that evening. Never got to use it.

Really, on almost every level this place was a 10. Right away I was so happy to see a bright and clean lobby. The front desk staff was engaged and professional. The bathroom was ridiculously beautiful. I've never seen a heated toilet seat before. Also, the room was spacious. I didn't use the shower or go down for breakfast, but my husband said they were great.

The only negatives (room 211, which I mentioned on my way out) was that the bed I slept in wasn't level, and it felt like I was going to roll out. It was an awesome bed though; just needs some attention. Also, the nightstand alarm clock went off at 6am, and the bathroom door was super squeaky. Neither of those things were a problem for me because I was up early, but another guest might be upset.

The hotel was very well kept and clean, none smoking and allowed pets, even though we did not bring out dog this time.

Front desk staff was rude both times wall checking in and out. Just very shot when speaking and didn't really let us know hours of pool and breakfast. When we called for those hours later on, they said someone should have told us when checking in, versus letting us know.

The staff are kind, the facility is clean, and the breakfast options are balanced and very well managed by the gentleman who prepares and monitors the food. He does an amazing job and keeps it spotless!

It's a very nice hotel especially for the price breakfast was great we had a heated toilet seat that was amazing lol but really I missed it after we left very very nice we stayed a week and it was very peaceful and very comfy and clean 🫧 would def recommend! 110 a night is not bad

Breakfast was only ok. I Can't stand those premade omelets. Bottom of biscuits were to hard to cut with a knife. Tasted good but hard to eat. Front desk lied to me about pricing. They said your price didn't include taxes and the best price I could get would be 255.00 I paid 195.00 with Booking.com so thank you.
