the hotel is beautiful with a lodge style design. The interior is gorgeous with the exposed log cabin/lodge motif and with a beautiful waterfall display with a mountain goat. The second floor rooms had their own balconies while the third floor had couches and comfortable armchairs outside each room. The common area on the first floor had plenty of patio table and chairs along with two small hot tubs. We did not use the swimming pool but many other guests did. Breakfast was awesome with sausage, eggs, skillet potatoes, and biscuits n gravy.

Would prefer an arm chair in the room but it does come with two person dining accommodations.

When we checked in to a different hotel that we had prebooked for the night and were sorely disappointed, we got a refund and quickly started searching for another place. C'mon Inn was the first place to come up and their comparable room was available and about $300 cheaper than the other place. When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised with beautiful lodge style interior, friendly staff and abundant amenities, including a free breakfast buffet and 24-hour coffee station. We had a very pleasant stay, bed was as expected, pillows were a bit too soft, we did have wifi but couldn't connect to the Netflix app on the TV. There were lots of families and kids around but the noise was negligible. Late noon checkout time is just our speed, even though we did check out early. There is a gas station across the street for filling up or late night snacks. It had everything we needed and more and wioud gladly stay there again.

Location… close to interstate, gas station, restaurants Property….. gorgeous! Built like a lodge, with blazing fire with 3 couches and large tv as you enter. Waterfall in the centre of building, with 2 hot tubs/spas and 2 small water pool features. Surrounding these are the ground floor rooms with small patios and tables outside. Other patio tables, with chairs and umbrellas are dotted about, used for breakfast, or just relaxing. There is a room as an amusement arcade for the kids. Go through the glass doors and you are in the pool area. Large wooden staircases, go the 2nd and third floor, for more bedrooms. There is an elevator. Cleanliness and staff……. Very clean and staff were great. It seems like a newish building, so everything is not “tired “ looking. Rooms and prices…. We got the king bedroom and we got a loyalty discount from Booking.com, so the price was very reasonable, for what you got. The room was clean, comfortable bed, fabulous shower and furniture not blemished. The room seemed soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anyone around us. Breakfast and parking…… Free, easy parking, in a safe area. The breakfast was o.k. with the usual fare, artificial scrambled eggs, sausage patties with biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffles, etc. Coffee was really good and hot. This hotel is great for families with kids, especially the pool and games room. Bear this in mind when you book. Overall, we were highly impressed with our stay after a long drive, even with children there! lol. You won’t be disappointed.

Some breakfast items, like instant scrambled eggs and highly salty sausages, but there are other choices.

It's a fabulous place to stay...one of my new favorites. We will be back. Great location, breakfast was delicious, room was clean and spacious. Very nice place and adorably decorated. I absolutely loved the bears and Montana theme. The bathroom was large, and the room had a great view. Bed was comfortable.

Several jacuzzis were not working, and the one in the pool area was cold. Plus, a lot of water was out of that particularjacuzzi, so it wasn't filtering the water. The other working jacuzzis were great. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay. We will be back.

The place to stay in Missoula,most interesting inside of any hotel, with its waterfalls and trees and overall outdoor decor on the inside, famous for the many hot tubs..this is a must stay experience.the room size is plenty(except bath),beds comfy, pillows ,towels all nice resort feel.The breakfast is a full breakfast with all the standards and rotated selection if your on multiple nights.

This is a challenge for many hotels, getting the bathroom door not to inpeed on shower or sink.here the door blocks full access to the shower, your always fighting the what seems massive bathroom door.The bath is small, while the room is plentiful(a more space somehow remodel would be great).and our shower knob was stuck on, there was no way to warm the water before you got blasted with the shower.And a unfortunate experience ,I slipped and fell into the pool area hot tub.(went to urgent care next day,2 small, small toe fractures, not big enough to cause any permanent damage.Of the resorts 5 tubs I took note 3 of them have poor amount of that black slip tape on the stairs.

The C'mon in was friendly and very comfortable. They have nice common areas, including a little lounge with a fire place, which I enjoyed, and a pool and some jacuzzis, which I didn't use. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was above average for this kind of hotel - some hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy along with bagels, muffins, cereal and yogurt.

Not the hotel's fault at all, but they put me in touch with a shuttle service that they use for guest airport pickup, and the shuttle never showed. They said you need to book 24 hours ahead, which I did, but if you plan to use the shuttle I'd suggest arranging a few days in advance so you can confirm they're coming.

I love the layout, the location near the highway, the breakfast is wonderful, the rooms are always clean and the bed is good.

I made the mistake of having a courtyard facing room. I wanted a first floor room and didn’t think about the pool. They placed me in a room not far from the pool. I’m not sure it would have mattered but 2or 3families with children were traveling together and they were in the pool till 11pm whooping it up having a great time and I couldn’t even begin to settle into sleep till about midnight when they quit scurrying around. Next time I’ll ask for 1st floor facing the outside and near a door. lol. No ones fault , just bad combo of needs

Comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows and spacious room. I really liked the overstuffed recliner chair in the room. There's also a desk and chair. The lobby atrium with waterfalls and hot tubs is a nice touch. The hot breakfast was better than I expected for a continental breakfast with included hot items on offer. The seating area around the breakfast area of the atrium and waterfall made it seem like a patio setting even though it's indoors.

The smell of chlorine from the hot tubs and indoor pool was a bit strong when we arrived, but the next morning it didn't seem so strong.

Great building with careful attention to both aesthetics and function inside the main area. Very comfortable bed and room and loved that it had a pool and spas (although I unfortunately had too little time there to use). Also appreciated the fun touches with the goat and bear sculptures up the poles/lovely indoor rock pools.

I know this is common at the places I’ve stayed at in the US but so much single use plastic and waste with breakfast - plastic cutlery thrown out, butter, jam, milk all tiny portions in plastic. Hotels in Europe and elsewhere have made a real effort to reduce their plastic waste (eg use bowls with jam with spoons in, jugs of milk, reusable metal cutlery, crockery etc).

The room was comfortable enough although it was on the smaller side. We enjoyed having a recliner in the room but the footrest was broken and wouldn't stay in the reclined position. Convenient location off and on the freeway. The cookies that were available at check-in were a welcome sight after driving many hours.

The price was outrageous. Having the hot tubs in the courtyard is just off-putting, we didn't want to be "on display" for everyone to see so we didn't use any of them. One of the hot tubs was broken so there was a big taped-off hole in the courtyard, and the broken tub itself was next to the glass elevator.
