The room was very nice. Location was great. Breakfast was good.

The employee checking me in. Don’t notice I did everything on line. Argued with me about a policy I photoed on line—which I took “after” I booked the room that contradicted what was found on a book g page. I was nice and explained I understood but that the links info needs to be updated to the new policy. He was rude to and curt. Didn’t give me any details about our stay. I had to message and ask when breakfast was served—I got 6 as an answer. I then asked until when? And when did we need to check out by? I’m in another Wyndham property tonight and the treatment was thorough and very nice!

Very clean and nice staff, easy check in, room was great beds were comfy

Elevator wasn’t great, door kept opening so you have to hold button but even that wasn’t fail-proof. And the staircases weren’t easily labeled, and when I did go to the staircase because elevator was taking too long the stairs led me to the back and it was dark while running around to the front. Not the biggest deal but still just frustrating when you’re in a rush to grab something from room quick and then get back to the car.

Well the staff was friendly,the room was excellent ,from the actual closet to the chest of 3 drawers,the bed ,pillows,towels and a best rate I can give it bathroom layout.The pool and spa nice and quiet and clean.The breakfast was next level,choice of breads,bagels,eggs where tasty,bacon and some cheese slices,and a full selection of cereals and fruit,waffles etc.,coffee and tea selection.Okay 10 out of 10 for the whole operation! I travel enough and that is a hard score !

Only that we were not staying another night!

- Convenient location, restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. - Clean rooms - Comfortable beds - Free breakfast with good food. - Decent hospitality.

We reserved the room with the king bed and sofa bed. No sheets were provided for us at arrival or in our room. And when requested, we had to retrieve the sheets from the front desk. For the price we paid (twice the amount compared to surrounding hotels), I expected better service from the staff.

Honestly my experience with the La Quinta was I mean anything from start to finish the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating they made me feel very welcome everybody down to housekeeping was so nice if you walked by them they said hi I hope you have a great day how are you I mean the staff here is top notch

I know from working in previous hotels that this couldn't be helped but the pool and hot tub were not working but it was no big deal would have been nice to use but I completely understand how it works

The room was very comfortable. We needed a king size bed because my husband is tall. The breakfast had many options so there is something for everyone. We had a room with a creek view so I could hear it at night.

They allow pets at this hotel which is totally great, but our room had a funny odor. The breakfast was great but they need to figure out how to keep up on restocking a little better. We were there at 7:30 am and they were already out of eggs. It isn't their fault that a la crosse team was staying there and may have been early birds.

I like that they accommodate pets with easy access to stairwells for outside access. The breakfast is good.I

I did not like that the room we had was totally carpeted. It's nice to have a small entry space that is tiled where you can feed a dog without worrying about food spillage.

Location, comfy.

A bit too loud: could hear people upstairs and next door quite vividly. Complimentary cosmetics for the bathroom were just empty bottles. Housekeeping should check those regularly. Pool was a bit cold, too many ppl. And weekend breakfast should be same time as daily breakfast, for those of us wanting to get in the road earlier. Creepy guy wandering thru hotel, obviously not a guest.

The staff was nice but not very friendly. One girl was sitting in the office with her legs up on the desk when we went to checkout and didn’t get up to take our key or ask if we wanted a receipt. Not a good look for a front desk receptionist. Sunday breakfast was not ready at 7 am,hardly any food out and only one staff member. Saturday’s breakfast was great!

Complimentary breakfast was good, and had a variety of selections. The room was clean, but the tub had some sort of stains that were off-putting.

The workers outside were rude and took up most of the prime parking. The odd stains in the tub were off-putting, and we wouldn’t have taken a bath.
