We have stayed multiple times at this property in the past, and I can always count on it being clean, safe and comfortable. I wanted this one night adventure for my wife and I to be special, so I booked the king suite with a fireplace and separate bedroom area, and it was amazing. We sat by the fireplace with the curtains open and watched the snow fall, almost like we were in a Hallmark movie. And, I have to admit, my wife and I usually hate the "free" breakfasts that motels provide, but this one was great. The food was hot, plentiful and the area well staffed with friendly people.

Breakfast was GREAT each day. Loved that they have added "specials" Blueberry cobbler, Breakfast burrito like casserole, Little tortillas for eggs and sausage, with option of cheese and Salsa! Also I love the Coffee they serve there in the lobby! Room was GREAT! very comfortable. I loved the option we had as we were there for 4 nights of not having people come in and make the bed and stuff. We asked for the couple of items we needed from the desk. I think the main thing I loved was the employees are EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful. From the people at the front desk to the group who does the breakfast buffet each day and even the people cleaning rooms. As we passed in the hallway, they always greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. We have stayed there many times as my family lives close to the location and we will return many times more!

We stayed in a Queen suite and it didn’t seem to get cooled off with the ac going in the room with the beds. I booked the room thru Booking.com and I was charged twice for the stay. FIY pay attention to the card on file with booking. I paid with a debit card on site also changed the card on file with booking before I paid and they still charged me twice with the credit card I changed on file.

The location was great - we were able to hop onto I-90 and avoid a lot of congestion in Missoula. The breakfasts were quite good - a lot of variety and even gluten free options for my friend. The hotel was very quiet. And the hot tub was excellent with temp and jets.

Our shower head had a loud high-pitched sound that was irritating.

We had stayed here a couple of times before when visiting Missoula and keep coming back for several reasons. First, the entire hotel has been well maintained and is kept really clean. Next, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The pillows were especially fluffy and the citrus scented shampoo was wonderful. Finally, the staff really were friendly; everyone from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to housekeeping. We will be back again!

The temperature of the hot tub could have been a little warmer. Also the price of the hotel was rather high. That isn’t specific just to the Best Western though; prices are high at all the hotels in the area.

We have stayed at this property multiple times because we feel it is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Our room was clean and in good working order. The breakfast offered a variety of good options. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after being outside in the cold/drizzle most of the day.

Honestly. there wasn't really anything we didn't like. We will likely return to this hotel the next time we need to spend the night in Missoula.

This is one of the best Best Westerns we have ever stayed at! It was very clean and everything was looked after exceptionally well from the very helpful employee at the front desk when we checked in to the staff at 1:30AM that helped to shut off a car alarm outside our window to the breakfast crew!

Good location right off the freeway and only 5 miles from where our activities were going on. Nice pool and workout facilities. Loved the breakfast - great assortment of food

We were in room 344 and whoever was above us had very heavy feet or the insulation between the floors was little. Could hear them walking all over upstairs.

For the price that we paid for 2 nights it's the reason it has high ratings. I find that staying on a Saturday is more expensive than a week day, why is that? Breakfast was excellent and the staff there was awesome!

Out of your control but there were kids in the pool screaming the whole time and it echoes in there...if it wasn't for my daughter who enjoys swimming we wouldn't have stayed as long as we did.

We liked the location, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendliness of the staff.
