Great hotel to stay at. I liked that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, very convenient, and great food. The room felt homey, and the bed was perfect to get a great night's sleep. All the amenities were in the room, or just down the hall.

I enjoyed the breakfast , good variety. Just wish there was a little bit more for a diabetic. Thank goodness there was a room available, as another hotel we booked was unhealthy for us to be at.

Location is great. Staff was very attentive. Our TV service was not working. The gal at the front desk tried to reset the system and offered to move us to another room. It was actually a Spectrum issue and was eventually resolved. After we got back to Helena, realized we had left a pillow in the room. They put it away for us so a family member could pick it up. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the workout facilities. Many places have equipment but it doesn't work. This was great. The room was nice. The breakfast wasn't spectacular, but there was instant oatmeal for something hot.

Breakfast could be better. They have beverages, cold hard boiled eggs, dry cereal, yogurt, packaged donuts, instant oatmeal and some fruit. While you didn't go away hungry, I like hot waffles, or hot eggs with sausage, something more substantial.

The staff were amazing. Front staff. Cleaning staff. Everyone! Comfy. The cute bartender was nice too. Lol. Tiny casino(I'm from Canada) was cool. A good experience overall. I recommend. Oh and even though this is not 5 star..... I'm so happy it had a seat height toilet. Most others have a toddler height toilet! Ugh!!

The smell. Lil musty. Not in the room but in the main areas.

Wonderful breakfast and lots of options. all day Coffee option was definitely a plus. Staff was VERY nice. The grounds are well kept.

The bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Smart TV would have been nice so I could have tapped into my personal Netflix or Hulu account while abroad.

It was absolutely beautiful. Smelling the flowers in the property was worth the cost of a night stay. I’ve never saw roses that beautiful. The beds were comfy, the staff was nice and the breakfast was A+

It would be nice if there were more indoor seating for breakfast but the have a beautiful place to set outside. This in no way took away from our stay.

Check in no Drama, room very comfortable, good bed everything worked, breakfast good, free. free ice and hot water. Staff very helpful and pleasant. bus at the door free and every 15 min or a 15 min stroll into Missoula. The Jefferson /Grey bus station opposite side of Road

We did not have the breakfast. The rooms were very nice! Loved having the pool and jacuzzi, even though the jets did not work.

Ww were dissappointed that the jacuzzi jets were broken. The room bathroom did not have a floor mat to step onto after a shower and the floors are slippery, huge risk of someone falling.

Clean property with convenient parking to access rooms. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Price was reasonable for services provided. Coin operated washer and dryer were available (but we didn't use them). "Breakfast provided" was a carry over from COVID, I think, being a ziplock with yogurt, fruit, a cereal bar, orange juice and string cheese. They did have fresh coffee and decaf, which I appreciated and there was a coffee machine in the room, as well.

The property is a bit tired. Pets were allowed and when we first arrived there were several pet leavings on the sidewalk just outside the back entry door. The sidewalk was cleaned by the next morning, but it was a bit off -putting of a welcome. I fault the guests who didn't pick up after their pets, though, not the facility itself. Perhaps providing disposal bags would help address the problem. The hall lighting was a dim and a little dreary, more I think because the property is an older facility.

Everything was great. Staff very helpful. The next room was a disturbance as it was after 1:00 AM. I contacted the front desk and he took care if it immediately. We loved the restaurant adjoining the motel. Very handy.

Missing a couple of immenities in the room but housekeeping was right there and took care of them.
