While the room was small, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Bathroom was really clean, and had plenty of towels. I liked the mini terrace to let air and light in. Also, the night security entrance was nice. Staff were really helpful whenever I had questions.

If you have mobility issues, this might not be a suitable place to stay as it's about a 15-minute walk from the north gate of the old city. Getting to the rooms also requires climbing some stairs (although there's a motorized chairlift to the first floor). The bed was a little firm for me.

Nice, comfy room with big bed. Good location, 10 mins from bus station. Park opposite and nice café next door. Friendly welcome. Not noisy. Water cooler on 1st floor. They let me leave my luggage for a bit.

No lift. Shower very powerful but not adjustable heightwise. Sometimes a short person doesn't want to get her hair wet! The dreaded long pillow.

Beds were VERY comfortable and no noise outside at night so slept very well 😊

No mirror in the room (a must for us girls putting on the slap to go out) Would have been easy to put a stick-on mirror tile on the wall beside the dressing table).

Excellent location, easy to find and a short walk to the old city.

The car park was very 'tight' to enter and exit. But the hotel manager was extremely helpful in guiding me into a space. I had to climb over to the passenger door to get out of the car 🤣

The location was easy access into Toledo. Parking on site was secure. The Staff were very helpful. We had a triple, single bed room for the three of us. Plenty of space and a peaceful night, a room with a view over the park

Exceptionally clean, small but tidy room, excellent shower and good lighting in the bathroom. Fantastic value for money.

Nothing to dislike

Well located clean & comfortable Hostal, free parking available in walking distance although spaces are limited. We will return when we next visit Toledo.

Would be nice to have a fridge and safe in the room, only a small point and we knew they weren't available when we booked so no complaints.

Spacious double room clean and well presented. Don't think the aircon was working but it is there. Short walk to old town and railway station and good Cafe right next door. Left luggage is available.

Quite noisy from other guests the noise seems to carry through the passageways I thought I read the rooms were soundproofed may be wrong there

The location suited me well - 10 minutes walk from the bus station, with a bus stop outside the hostal with frequent buses to plaza Zocodover. I only mention it because if you want to sleep right in the historic centre, you might prefer somewhere else. You can walk to the historic centre in 15 minutes or so - but not in hot weather because you have to walk up a steep slope.
