The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant environment to rest. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and well kept. Parking was easy and convenient, making arrival and departure smooth and stress-free.

The hotel recommended the nearby Buffalo Grill restaurant, but unfortunately the staff there were not very attentive or courteous. While this does not reflect directly on the hotel itself, it did affect the overall experience. A different recommendation for dining might improve the guest experience.

Was a perfect location for breaking our car journey through France. Had all the basic needs and location. The 10% off at the Steak restaurant next door we just right for a quick meal. The hotel was basic, but perfect for what we needed. Clean. Polite. Easy check-in. Email communication was fantastic and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. All needs met.

No pool for my girls to swim in. It was in the google pictures. But not there any more. They are renovating at this moment.

It looked as it does in the photos. Modern and fresh and clean. Had a mini fridge which is always handy. The beds were big and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice, including a pancake machine where you just press a button and can watch the pancake being freshly made. It was located about a 5 min walk from a tram stop into the main town.

The bathroom had a bit of a smell to it, like smelly drains.

I stayed at the Quality Hotel Clermont Kennedy for one night, and it was a very pleasant experience. The comfort of the room stood out spacious, clean, and equipped with a cozy bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. The amenities provided were thoughtful, and everything felt well-maintained. For a short stay, the hotel provided exactly what I needed a relaxing and comfortable environment.

This hotel offers good value for the price. It’s conveniently located near the highway, making it a great option for a stopover. We stayed in a nicely renovated and clean family room for four people. The breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel, with fresh orange juice and Pancakes for the kids.

Fantastic friendly welcome when we arrived. The family room was more of a suite with a separate room for our 2 teenage children which was perfect. The room was spotless, attractively decorated and lots of facilities 2 tvs, plenty of power and USB sockets, lovely bathroom, aircon - we really can’t fault it. No on-site restaurant ( just a breakfast room - breakfast was excellent as well) but a 10% discount for hotel residents at the steak-house next door (also great service and there are vegetarian choices which 2 of our party had and enjoyed)

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Will book other hotels in the Quality chain in future.

A great location for us as it was on the northern outskirts of the town (the direction from which we arrived/left) and a short walk from the tram stop to take us into the centre. It was also 7 minutes' drive from IKEA (which we were also visiting). That said, other than the neighbouring restaurant (which was very good - see below), there is nothing of interest in the immediate vicinity - unless you like artificial ski slopes. Other that the hand basin plug being ineffective and the space at the foot of the bed limited, there were no disappointments. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in very early, the room was pleasant and breakfast was fine. A 10% discount was available at the steakhouse next door and the restaurant's staff were very friendly and the food was very nice (for possibly the first time ever, the food delivered to the table looked exactly the same as the photographs in the menu).

The hand basin plug simply didn't work. The bathroom also looked a little tired. The space between the foot of the bead and the desk area was very limited.

Great location close to the periphery of the city and easily accessible from the highway. The rooms are well sized and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice and diverse. A big plus is the onsite free parking, making it a great stopover place. The staff was very nice as well.

Comfortable family room with separate rooms for the kids. Bathroom quite small but fine. Overall it was a perfect choice for an overnight stay. Not far to drive into Clermont Ferrand centre to visit the centre which was lovely.

Could have been more fresh fruit in the breakfast, but it was good value for money when booked at the same time as the room.

Family room was great with a separate room for the kids with two single beds. Beds were comfortable (firm) and there was plenty of storage in the room.

In the bathroom, there was a shower head and a wand in a tub. The shower head was way too low. You'd have to measure 1,5 meter to be able to use it which is very strange!
