I really liked everything, we've changed rooms from the first floor to the fifth and the view was amazing. Waking up with the sight of the beautiful blue sea and the white beach was amazing. The resort is so quiet and relaxing. Enough chairs on the beach and by the pool. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful, they really put out for their customers. Everyday they made me laugh. Our room was so big and well equiped from coffeemaker to washingmachine. I can't wait to come back some day.

We enjoyed our six nights at West Bay Club. All the staff there are very friendly. The hotel is on the small side, you can easily walk to the pool and the beach. We stayed in one of the three bedroom suites, which is huge and has a beautiful scene of the ocean. The bedrooms are large, each has its own bathroom. The suite also has laundry machines and kitchen, which is very convenient for a large family like us.

The hotel feels a little old and we wish the pool and the gym could be larger. We found some stains (maybe lip stick) on the curtain, bed board, bath towel, and one of the bath robes. There are two small restaurants on site, one by the pool and one on the beach. The service at the restaurant by the beach was slow. Breakfast is complimentary but the choice is very limited.

Just about everything. The resort is very well kept and inviting. I stayed in the luxury one bedroom oceanfront suite. My room was a dream! Modern Caribbean style and very clean. The view from my balcony was amazing. I felt so comfortable and at home. I appreciate how clean and well kept the bathroom was as well. The pool, dining area, and fitness room were all great additions. The beach area on the backside of the resort is icing on the cake. You’re right on the water with everything you need right at there. It’s very easy to schedule activities with the staff or right on the beach. The best part - There wasn’t one staff member I didn’t love at West Bay Club. The resort is beautiful, but the staff truly make your stay an experience. Roshana, Giovanni, Jaden and Von are some of the best in hospitality in my opinion. They’re golden and should b e duplicated at other resorts/hotels. I felt like family; I don’t think I could ever stay anywhere else.

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 30th anniversary in Turks and Caicos. While it was a major milestone, we also needed some time for rest, relaxation and rejuvenation. From the time we arrived at West Bay Club, the concierge and front desk staff were very welcoming. Of course, we were welcomed with some rum punch, but it was the smiles and courteous service. We arrived a little early, but the resort amenities were available until our room was ready. What an amazing ocean and poolside view!!!! Restaurant Bar was next to the pool, the food was absolutely amazing. Tasteful, colorful and delicious. Let's not forget the Pina Coladas. I have food sensitivity/allergies, however while in Turks and Caico's, West Bay - I didn't have any reactions. The breakfast is included in stay. Let me tell you, amazing! Full breakfast choice. Homemade Omelets. If you are vegan or simply love your vegetables well, you get that too. The ocean view, white sands and sea blue waters is spectacular, short walking distance from the resort with umbrella/lounge already set up. Covered with clean linen. Cabana, ocean side bar and fire pit area. They also can plan a dinner by the beach. I can go on and on. Lastly, the concierge service, beach staff/security, wait staff, housekeeping and chefs: Everyone was warm, welcoming and courteous. I must thank, "Rashana".!!!! I felt like she was the daughter I never had. My husband and I have three sons. She helped us with planning our excursions, anniversary toast and generous heart. Aside from its immense beauty at West Bay Club, the tranquility and diversity of families created a perfect getaway. It wasn't crowded, loud or busy. You felt part of their family. We definitely will be returning and hope to bring our family and friends to join us.

I don't think we could have wanted anything more. The island of Turks and Caicos is fairly pricey. Be prepared to pay a lot more for food, excursions and the like. It is definitely one of the most exquisite places to vacation.

The staff are wonderful, the resort is a great size and the location is wonderful.

As they do in Europe, a limit for reserving seats by the pool and the beach should be enacted. For example, if someone reserves a space, there should be a limit on timing. If the space is not taken in 2 hours (for example)- it should be open for others. I saw spaces reserved from 8 am all day with magazines or hats holding the spot and no one coming while others couldn't enjoy the space.

Upon entering the resort from a very long and exhausting trip, we were very kindly greeted by Roshanna! She was like a breath of fresh air and immediately made us feel right at home. She booked excursions for us and was super helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was lovely and we looked forward to seeing Kayonn and her bright and cheery face every morning. She’s so sweet as just makes you want to hug her. Giovanni at the front desk was very helpful and kind every time we had a question or needed something. He even brought us extra water when the cleaning staff forgot it. Robert at the pool and beach was always so friendly, and the beach bartender makes an amazing pina colada! Courtney who manages the restaurant spent a lot of time at the manager’s reception getting to know us and shared about his home. The staff really makes West Bay Club a truly special place to stay! While the whole place is nice and the beach amazing, it’s this staff that would have us returning again for another stay. I hope they are all commended for their top notch customer service work!

Everything was very nice. The only thing that we weren’t over the moon about was dinner in the restaurant the first night. The food was outstanding, but it was $38 each for a piece of salmon and a very small side of crushed potatoes. It just seemed skimpy. Every restaurant is expensive on TCI, but we had gotten a vegetable or a larger portion of food for the price in other places. I would suggest adding a larger side portion or a steamed vegetable to the entree.

The beach & water were beautiful, never crowded. We could always get a chair & umbrella. Big, clean towels were provided. Same at pool. The room was immaculate & spacious with plenty of closet space and a safe.

There should be more gluten free food available on complimentary breakfast menu. Meats are usually GF and they put it on a bed of bread cross-contaminating it. I don’t understand why they had to be on bread. It limits options for GF. They ran out of pancake mix but did have a loaf of GF bread and toasted some.

Everything was perfect! Location near everything and the resort’s beach downstairs is a dream! massages, cabanas, food and drink service. Daily delicious breakfast and housekeeping. The staff was so friendly and professional Roshanna and Jadien, April and Lorenzo were our repeat staff we loved them! My friend was able to have enjoyable workout and bike ride. They helped with confirming reservations and greeted us with welcome rum punch! The room was clean, beautiful and had great views. Highly recommend.

The hotel rooms were perfect for our group of six! balcony overlooking the beautiful blue water. Bathroom for each room and a half bath. kitchen was small but fine for our needs we had plenty of space. Beds were comfy. We had an awesome time. The staff was so accommodating, polite, friendly, welcoming and fun!

Really nothing we didn't like.

I loved the location and the complimentary breakfast everyday. The breakfast was well above just a normal American breakfast fare. The staff was extremely helpful, pleasant and courteous. The grounds were clean and well kept.

It was disappointing to find that my room did not have a balcony like all of the other rooms on the premises. For the price it would have been nice to have a balcony room instead of a typical hotel room. Additionally, it was extremely disappointing to arrive in my room to find that the refrigerator had not been restocked, rather the refrigerator still had half drink water from the previous guess, no wash clothes in the bathroom, no slippers and a iron that did not work. I think for the price of the room which is well over $600 a night, I should have been give the same addition to detail that the other guess received.
