Situated a short drive from the Furano Marche, easy access to restaurants, groceries and sights. As a party of 5 adults and 1 child, we loved the triple key access room - we were able to have individual space while the common area allowed us an area to hang out. Also, despite the small common area, it was amazing how they managed to squeeze all the amenities in! Very nicely designed also. Breakfast was also wonderful and lovingly prepared by two lovely ladies.

Duvets ran warm but i suppose it would make sense in winter! We stayed 4 nights and breakfast was either a fixed set of Japanese on one day and Western on another - both were exactly the same. We didn’t mind (the homemade tofu was amazing) but can imagine it would get a little monotonous if staying for longer.

It was our daughter's 16th birthday and we had been in touch with the hotel before arrival to arrange for some decorations in the room so she would be surprised when reach. I must say the staff did a great job of accomodating our request and made it super special for us. The 2 bedroom suite is very well appointed with all facilities like a full function kitchen, washer-dryer, living room etc. The layout of the suite is comfortable, spacious and very clean. Housekeeping service came to clean our rooms, change our towels on day 2 of our 3 day stay which refreshed everything for us. The view from our room was amazing too.

The lack of a restaurant. We cooked our own meals, so that wasn't a problem for us.

The hotel design is good. There are rooms with small balcony. Good to get fresh air. The entrance will be closed after 10pm and no staff. You better get everything solved before that. Car park is small. Better come early. Shower head is great with rainforest shower. Water pressure is excellent. There is a Caucasian English speaking staff as well as a Japanese staff. They are very helpful.

The lighting is not bright in the room. Some rooms have larger cabinets with small living space but some are the other way around.

The room was well-appointed and spacious. There was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The amenities in the bathroom were also of good quality. The view from the balcony was amazing and we enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony during our stay.

The car park at the hotel was very small and we had to park the car in an alternate car park across the street and up a flight of stairs every evening The laundry was very busy during the evenings and the washing machines were difficult to start.

The room was large and the bathroom was nice. The staff made us feel really welcomed. Lisa took our luggage to our room as we were checking in and we found her a few times and she answered our inquiries. We had a meal there and the food was pretty good, although next time I would probably try somewhere else for food.

For some reason we kept finding dead ladybugs in the room. The laundry machine also wouldn’t dry which was quite frustrating.

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment and it was fabulous. The apartment is modern, clean and super comfortable. It has a long table in the living area and perfect for a nice dine-in with the family. Kitchen is well equipped with tablewares, utensils, and equipment like microwave and fridge. The hotel provides free laundry service which is located at lobby. As the hotel is located at the end of the road, the hotel requires guest to tap card to enter the property which is added security.

My family and I have no complains at all.

Modern designed 2 bedroom apartment, with all the necessities during our stay.

- need more wardrobe/storage inside the unit, especially if its winter with lots of gears - bathroom needs more hangers for clothes/towels - the hanger on the entrance of the unit (where we put the shoes are)?is dangerous. We hit our head when we stood up after wearing shoes.

New luxury modern furniture, loved the aesthetic, included small kitchenette, comfortable for couple, perfect location for exploring Furano and surrounding sites, wish we could have stayed longer

We had a car but the property is not very walkable to food or convenience stores. Lawson is about a 10 minute walk downhill from the property. We drove into Furano for dinner.

The dual key double rooms were super comfortable and luxurious. Parking was just nearby and it’s free. From the reception to restaurant staff, everyone provided excellent service.

Didn’t have a choice for breakfast. Understand that buffets may be a waste but perhaps giving guests a choice or directing guests to a nearby restaurant for breakfast would be good.

The staff members are very friendly and international so there is no language barrier. There are several parking lots available near the hotel. The room is very spacious with a view of the nearby ski slopes, which should look great in winter seasons.

Might be a little far from the touristy places, but with a car this shouldn't be a problem.
