A beautiful, modern, stylish home from home. It was well equipped.The beds were large and comfortable. It was very bright and airy. A short walk to the river at the back and an equally short walk to the beach at the front. You would need transport to get to Dunsborough's shops and restaurants/cafes. We would definitely return if we travelled this way again.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable, nice well maintained surroundings, gòod location, easy check in. Quiet. Well furnished. Beds, sofas, dining chairs all very comfy. The shower is spacious and bathroom and toilet sparkling clean. Cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom is obviously old but serviceable and clean and some plumbing fittings newer. Very nice private outdoor area under cover. Ice cubes in freezer very welcome!

No cling wrap or alfoil in kitchen. Not much serving ware eg platter, larger, bowl. Shared carports are small for 2 larger vehicles eg 4WDs.

Clean comfortable and spacious family units..well equipped also…our unit was facing river which was not running so more a mud flat in January but would be different I am sure at other time of year. Across the road from beach also..I have no issues with this property and would stay again…management were helpful dealing with noisy neighbours one night…very good overall

The location was excellent. There was a cycle path which led to Dunsborough one ay and Busselton the other. The house was next to the playground which meant we could watch the children from our unit. Kitchen was well equipped. BBQ facilities were good and we enjoyed using the tennis court (raquets supplied) the ping-pong table and the pool table.

The stairs were very steep for the smaller children and there was no safety gate. It might have been available, but we didnt ask.

Good heating R/C aircon and Fireplace. Beds very comfortable. Induction microwave. Lovely manicured gardens

No kindling or firelighters provided. Gathered twigs from outside but damp due to rain. Would have liked an extra tea towel and paper towels

Loved the way the property was set out. Privacy was awesome. Literally across the road from the beach The appartment had everything we needed and close to Busselton for Ironman event

Nothing. It was pefect and if we return to Western Australia we would stay here longer and give Mandurah a miss

The beach is nearby, and there are tennis courts, table tennis, and billiard tables, so we had a great time.

The kitchen equipment is old and not functioning properly. The kitchen draw needs cleaning. We have to share parking in front of the house with the neighbors, but it’s a bit tight to park.

The villa is located 4 km from the Dunsborough centre in a quiet location close to the beach. The villa facilities are excellent with everything you require for a holiday stay. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for eight. This is the fifth time we have stayed at Bayshore in different villas, all have been excellent. Very happy with Bayshore Beachside resort.

It was a great experience. The villa is spacious and the log wood fire was an absolute highlight on rainy movie nights.

The master suite doona cover has stains on it and could do with replacing. Wifi kept dropping out.

Great location for a beach holiday. Facilities are very good and everything you need....tennis court, table tennis, BBQ area etc.

Maybe some bikes to use/hire?
