Staff were very attentive and pleasant. Living rooms and decoration were beautiful. Room was conveniently and efficiently cleaned while we had breakfast. Spa treatment was good, but not exceptional. Our room was pretty and quiet with lovely views. Liked the outdoor shower very much.

Didn't love the open plan bathroom. TV very small because there isn't a wall big enough to accomodate a larger screen. Small matter, but the cane chairs in the dining room have aged and slackened and need better cushions to make them comfortable, or they need to be updated.

What a hidden gem!! Tucked away a short distance from Dunsborough and the beautiful south west. We were upgraded to a lovely room with an outdoor shower, lots of cute wildlife and a bush outlook. Complimentary Empire bubbly. So nice we even bought another to take with us. Breakfast was amazing- an assortment of starter dishes followed by a freshly made cooked choice from the menu. The green chilli scrambled eggs on sourdough were yummy. Lovely staff. Couldn’t fault it.

Breakfast was so good, lots of fresh produce in the continental and cooked menu. The home made fruit bread and jam was my favourite. Super quiet location with parking at the door of our villa. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Room was very spacious and gorgeous products to use.

You would have to be an extremely fussy person to find anything unsatisfactory

The feeling of calm and tranquility the moment we arrived. The silence, other than the breeze and birdsong. A retreat in every sense of the word. Absolute heaven! Breakfast on the deck, overlooking the grounds was a highlight.

Couldn't fault anything. Everything exceeded our expectations.

What a beautiful property! We had a wonderful stay here for our belated honeymoon. It was a quiet period, so they even kindly upgraded our room. The accommodation is impeccable and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding, just so delicious! You won’t regret booking this place, it’s amazing!

Totally unique stay. Not like a normal hotel experience - more like staying at a wealthy friends house!

A magnified mirror would be great in the bathroom to put makeup on when going out for meals. I have old not so good eyesight and couldn't see properly in the bathroom mirror.

Few things need improvements. Bath too high, needs a step. Could be dangerous, especially getting out. TV too small for the room. Mirror not over basin so awkward for shaving. Plus was our 49th anniversary and husband's birthday. For the price of the stay, a complimentary bottle of bubbles would have been appreciated. A nice gesture.

The property is so beautiful, the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had so many choices and tasted incredible. We were so impressed by everything, nothing could’ve been done better!

The only tiny thing I’d advise, is if you like to sleep-in then don’t have a room inside near the reception area. The noise travels straight through upstairs (there’s 2 rooms upstairs). So if you want to sleep-in past 7am rather book an outside room.

Beautiful surroundings, so peaceful.

We booked for 4 adults. Which had one bathroom which we didn’t mind sharing. Unfortunately only one toilet which was in the bathroom, so we used the restroom occasionally when the bathroom was already in use.
