Pretty much everything- all three rooms were taken by members of our cycling tour group, and we were able to securely store our bikes on the ground floor. As there's no staff on site for much of the day, arranging times for our arrival and breakfast was necessary, but easily done, Chesney was very helpful indeed and an excellent host. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, tea & coffee facilities, bathroom massive, modern, and clean. Breakfast offering: bread, cheese & cold meats, yoghurt, etc, plus freshly made scrambled egg- all quality. The Menin Gate, railway station & some excellent bars and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes walk.

No soap for the basin in the bathroom. Bit odd, but hardly a major problem.

The breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs cooked to order. The hosts' english was great, which made communication easy. The location was great being only a short walk to the town centre and about 150m from the train station. It was quiet for sleeping. Best of all, though, was the service and hospitality of the staff. They were knowledgeable and generous and could not do enough to help us. 10 out of 10 service.

We were on the top floor, so we had to take our luggage upstairs. The bed was not a double, but two singles joined together, but that is common, especially in Europe. These were minor things and are intended as feedback only as they did not really bother us.

Room was comfortable in size. It was clean and well-prepared. There were sufficient heating and hot water. The communication was smooth. The management was supportive, welcoming, fast in responses, and very customer-oriented. I really liked that the radio was always on in the kitchen. It created a very cozy and pleasant environment.

No such thing.

Great stop over to see Ieper (~7 mins walk from market square). We arrived quite late and Chris the owner was in constant contact and there when we arrived - very helpful and even offered to drive us into town. Basic rooms but met our needs. Breakfast included although we left too early but were able to take a few things from the kitchen to keep us going back to Callais

quite basic but clean (massive bathroom)

The room decor is modern, smart and very tastefully done. The bathroom was also very stylish. 10 minutes on foot to the centre of Ypres A lovely breakfast and the hos was friendly and I was able to check-in early

I travelled by motorbike and the only place to park was a bay that required buying a ticket every two hours. Nervously I took the risk of not paying to park and thankfully did not get a ticket.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, location was very close to station

There are very steep and tight steps up to rooms. I would not suggest for anyone with mobility issues. There was no air conditioning. It was not overly hot, so we got on ok.

Nice B & B located just outside center of Ypres. A 10 minute to the cloth hall. Nice accommodations and breakfast. Very friendly staff that loves to hear your travel stories. Do beware of the steep stairs with luggage if you have mobility issues. It is a 1 minute walk to the best restaurant in town B'Artiest. The best restaurant we ate on our entire trip in the country. Make reservations ahead of time. Its worth going to Ypres just to eat there.

Welcomed by friendly owner (who speaks perfect English). A good introduction to Ieper. Access to the hot drinks machine down in the breakfast room was much appreciated. Very good breakfast. Nicely presented room. Close to the centre. Just so you know, the owners come to the property to meet you on arrival (so I phoned when I got to the town) and they come to serve breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing.

Very clean and exceptionally spacious accommodation. Breakfast had everything including made to order scrambled egg. There was parking immediately outside (but subject to availability). Only a short walk to town square/Menin Gate.

Nothing really.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, big shower. Lovely breakfast.

The room was very cold when I arrived but there was heating to turn on so it was quickly cosy. We had to ring for the owner to turn up to let us in so there was a short wait.
