This hotel is located between the 2 train stations for montecatini - both roughly the same distance. The hotel was clean, equipped with all the necessities. Our bathroom was renovated and fairly modern. The bed was comfortable, and the room overall spacious. We spent 3 nights and it quickly felt like home to us. The breakfast was plentiful and had quite a lot of variety for continental breakfast. They replenished the towels frequently. The staff at the hotel were very helpful.

The towels were very thin and worn. We would recommend that they soon replace the towels for some newer ones. Would like to see some water bottles in the mini fridge for guest consumption.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was very central and within walking distance to the train station. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options and very filling. The coffee was great too! A good selection of different teas as well. They also had gluten free options available on request.

Everything was just perfect! Excellent location (10 min walk to city centre, 40 min drive to Pisa, close to Luca and 1 hour drive to 5 terre). Everything else was perfect: size of the room, AC, fridge, cleanliness, breakfast, amazing staff! Definitely would stay again!

Everyone at the hotel was very congenial and helpful. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts had a great variety of foods, including hot scrambled eggs. It was a short, easy walk to and from the train station.

Super clean, great breakfast (salty and sweet). Pleasant personnel. Easy to find parking on the street around the hotel - it is paid per hour, but free during the night. Fridge in the room (no freezer). Balcony

Comically confusing system to turn on the lights.

The location of the hotel is good and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Staff was very helpful especially the receptionist. She offered to get us a 2 day parking ticket online.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is only one socket outlet in the room to charge your mobile.

Very clean.. as it seems it is newly renovated hotel with quite location and good staff😘 hod bless the housekeepers they are doing their job perfectly👏🏻

Breakfast is worth to be desired

the chief "receptionist" - besides being very pretty and resolute - i am sure she will make a good manager in the future. Budapest sends her greetings! the place is not in the center, but close to it. parking can be solved easily for a few euros.

the buildings of the old spa are in a terrible condition. Italy, please do something!

It was our sixth stay at Montebello and as on previous occasions it was like coming home. The excellent staff have been ther e for each of our visits. They gave us such a warm welcome and great care whilst we were there.
