The staff were friendly and helpful. We had fun chatting with them. We traveled with our two small dogs, and we're grateful that you allowed us to stay at a nice property with our pets. Overall the lobby, breakfast, snack, and bar area was comfy and a pleasant place to hang out.

I wish a few breakfast items could have been available a little later, like coffee, orange juice, and maybe a few muffins. This is a nitpick, but the TV in room 211 seemed dark, and I could not find a way to brighten it. The WiFi became a problem after a couple of days because it stopped prompting us to accept the terms and gain access to the Internet. We figured out that rebooting our phone/tablet/computer usually made it possible to reconnect, but something is buggy there.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. At check in, the clerk was pleasant and addressed me as "Mr. H________" several times which was professional and appreciated. The room was spacious and very comfortable as was the bedding and multiple pillows. Really liked the walk in shower and sofa in the room. Breakfast was a nice surprise. It was far beyond many hotels in terms of food item offerings and quality. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly and hospitable. Coming from Europe, it felt amazing to be greeted by smiles all day long. The bed was very comfortable also, and my room was huge. Nice size gym as well. I loved that it was open 24 hours a day since I was so jet lagged.

Not making the room every night. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day I came back and shower was not touched with a dirty towel on the floor.

The location, it was close to the mall & different restaurants. You could walk close to Shopping stores

Too many dogs, I have a medical issues with a dog, I have a serious allergies. If I get too close I will sneeze, nose runs and bad headaches. I understand the service dogs , but some did not have on a service vest on their dogs. Maybe you can have a special area for dogs or any animals.

I read some of the reviews and I was scared to try the breakfast but it was good. I didn’t eat everything but the waffles, home fries, and turkey bacon was good. My wife liked the grits and corn beef hash. It was a good variety. I have no complaints.

I didn’t like that there was no microwave in the room but they were located on multiple floors in the building so all was good.

The hotel is near Southpoint, with both retail and medical facilities. Parking is ample and free; the room was quiet and comfortable; and the bathroom was contemporary and spacious. The room does include a fridge, and we could have brought our dog ($75 fee) if we had wanted to.

Really, nothing. It met our needs (to be near Southpoint) and exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful stay! From check- in to the breakfast buffet they do an amazing job. The staff is what really made our stay. We were very impressed with Donna, she was personable, hard working, and always went above and beyond at the bar area for us!

The evening staff were most accommodating, helpful when asked questions and very knowledge in directing us to places to eat in the area. The facilities were well kept and our room was well appointed and clean…very impressive.

While the breakfast was tasty, the meats and eggs were over cooked and the accoutrements were limited. The breakfast staff were not the most warm and welcoming and the clean up of the tables was limited. More attention to this service would help to present the professional image we experienced when we checked in.

Room layout, Free breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Location is super.

As for a receipt and was told it had to come from the third party booking, yet the charge on the Credit Card was form Hyatt. Still do not have a receipt. Soap dish in the shower was sharp edge on the top rim. Suffered a cut on my light elbow when I hit it while shampooing my hair. Room had several lady bugs in it. Need to be sprayed for bugs.
