I loved that everyone was friendly . The gentleman who checked me in was extremely polite and patient. I am hearing impaired and Needed to communicate and he used his phone to type in response to my questions and explain everything and it really was so helpful. I didn't feel awkward and he didn't rush or seemed bothered to make the extra effort to communicate with me. The room was cleaned well and I love the soft lighting . I have high sensitivity to light. I rested well and absolutely will stay again when I visit Durham. My family is there and I have stayed at several in the same area and I had the best stay with you. Thank you.

I liked the cleanliness and space of the room, and the staff was nice. But the elevator was a concern because it had not been inspected since 2021 and was very jumpy. The back door did not open properly and when checking in we was told they do not accept Chime and we had to send the money to my sister to pay for the room and they charged us $75 deposit instead of $50, would been nice to know that stuff before coming to the property. But overall it was enjoyable to stay there. Would come again!

Very friendly workers. If we need something for the room they would bring it right to us. Very quiet people weren’t real loud so we got sleep. Liked the set up in the room very roomy and large room.

The long walk to room next time I will ask for a room closer to elevator we are in are seventies so it was a long walk for us. Long walk to get ice just having ice machine on first floor. Would be nice on each floor.

Everything! was a fantastic hotel, clean,rooms were nice, staff were friendly, price was awesome, definitely recommend this hotel! would definitely book this hotel again!

The staff was friendly. The mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices.

The room was very clean but generally very old in furnishings and materials. The tv didn’t work and I was awakened by the lights off several police cars with some sort of police activity outside my window in the front of the building.

The bed was very comfy. The room was clean and had a lot is space in it. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The remote control would not change the television station. We got another one from the front desk and it did not work at all. It was late so we did not go back downstairs for a second time. We settled with watching what was on the television.

Location to airport and room space with desk to do computer homework on and eat.

The pool took forever to open in the day. Didn’t open tell after noon one day due to the cleaning machine cleaning it but as we could see it was done and in one spot for over an hour. Kinda disappointing for the kids.

I liked that breakfast was available, staff were great, and the parking was great.

The gym was inoperable, it was a little moldy and very outdated. But it was clean. The grounds were unkept, and it wasn’t in a great area

I love the staff they were very accommodating. In a great central location around great restaurants and stores.

The carpet had a smell in the stairwell. However they are definitely trying to make improvements but of course that takes time.

Breakfast was okay. Parking plentiful , Restaurants, close by. Pool was not open yet. Rained all weekend anyway. Nikki was great at check in.

Some rooms don't have microwaves. Had switch rooms. They have a $80 dollar security deposit. Which kinda ridiculous to be that much.
