I love the view and the location is close to everything. It was very peaceful. This is our absolute favorite place to stay anytime we're in the area, the cookie is amazing. They have a beautiful pool and the pond with walkways and water fall is absolutely stunning.

The bed in 203 was very hard compared to rooms we've stayed in during previous visits. The pillows went completely flat when you lay on them. Other rooms had one firm pillow and one soft. All of these were very soft feather pillows that gave no support. My son also said the pullout sofa was extremely uncomfortable in this particular room compared to the others.

We did like most things , but carpet in hallways was needing some maintenance edges were sticking up in multiple locations. Room that we had was clean,no smells, and functional for what we booked.

Seemed to me the breakfast was a little steep, so we declined that option. Apparently there was some construction trailers located around the property.

Every single employee we encountered was super friendly and professional! My daughter left her bathing suit in the room after we left and Doc made sure we got it back. He was so nice from the moment we checked, engaging my children and making sure we had everything we needed. All the staff, from the bar tender to the front desk- everyone was just so inviting and lovely. And those cookies!! YUM!

My family and I really loved the hospitality we received from the front desk staff. James and Elisha were 1st rate. They took care of our request from the beginning to the end of our stay.

The fluid stained chair in room 301! We had a family gathering in our room, and no one dared sit in “that chair” for fear of catching something. The loud knocking noise that comes from the air conditioning unit.

Great location. Wonderful front desk staff. Ample parking. Buffet breakfast delicious. Breakfast staff was awesome. Very clean hotel. Loved my room it was so spacious and comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable. We loved the suite. We loved breakfast. It was quiet. The pool was beautiful. Love the warm fresh delicious cookie at check in. Tea selection was great

More gluten free breakfast options please and vegan options please.

James, front staff member was absolutely amazing and professional and so welcoming.

There are a few things that need to be updated. As far as the room, a few loose knobs here and there, especially in the shower, and some minor remodeling that needs to be done to make it look presentable and avoid accidents.

The last night that we were there they had a 70th birthday party for someone in the lobby and it was a HUGE crowd of people and they were up super late so me and my girls did not sleep much for all the screaming, laughing, slamming room doors! That is definitely my only complaint! So much noise all night from the party.

Nice and clean hotel. Plenty of free parking. The pool was nice to have (part open and part covered). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very very poor, not much to eat, not even one vegetable. The folding bed wasn't comfortable and no closet room.

The warm cookies when we arrived were a nice welcome! The room was perfect, comfortable and clean. The most quiet hotel We have ever stayed at ... no noise at all during the night. The pool was great and a perfect temperature.

Wish the sauna would have been working.

Check in and out was a pleasant experience. Front desk staff was on point.

We saw several bugs in our room. Also,the housekeeping staff was in such a rush to clean the room, knocked once, and did not wait for a response and came in the room while I was dressing. Of course, she apologized for her mistake. Poor lighting in the room.
