Everything was great but the carpeting at this location is in need of replacing urgently through out the whole building it's so bad that their is a bit of an odor in the room and through out the building I'm surprised that the franchise has not done anything about this I mean it's terrible.other than this issue my stay was fabulous.

Almost everything. Front entrance was very nice.

Rooms still need a little upgrading. Shower was dated. I should have asked for an handicap accessible room. My wife was uncomfortable without a mat in the shower for slippery conditions. One of the beds was too soft.

I was impressed with this Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was the best ever. Dinner was great and the breakfast was PERFECT. HGI has locked down the concept of breakfast. I look to stay at these when I travel for work. In fact I often go to my local HGI for breakfast because it is a great value. Also made use of the business center and it was perfect for

The location was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that the room had a fridge and microwave because most places don't have both. Check in was smooth with the digital key.

The shower water wasn't hot at all.

Very updated rooms and facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained. Quick response from housekeeping when we needed extra towels, etc. Fantastic location with lots to do nearby, good restaurant options, etc.

Pool was very small, even compared to other Hilton Garden Inns, Hampton Inns, etc. My seven-year-old found it lacking (and his favorite part of any trip is usually the hotel pool). Some noise from college sports teams staying at the hotel, but they were quiet after 10 pm.

my first stay the coffee pot did not work, this time I brought one, my 2nd stay the tv remote needed battery's which Maintenace cheerfully replaced. The food is very high priced so we ate out and had carry out. The location is great and the rooms are nice and clean. The business center was weak with no printer or fax machine, just a walk-in closet with a chair.

I didn’t eat breakfast but the location was excellent. Personnel working the front desk were very helpful and courteous.

Everything was wonderful.

Great spot, plenty to do around the area - huge shopping mall across the road. I’d stay in again.

When I booked room told breakfast was included. Started to eat and waitress said it would cost 15 ea. we left because we did not see anything worth 30 dollars!!
