We picked this hotel for a chill out after travelling around Vietnam, and the weather in ha long bay been poor we headed south. We certainly got our chill out time 6 nights of peace around the pool and white sandy beech. The staff are amazing, beautiful, friendly people. The only possible complaint is when walking on the beach away from the hotel, lots of litter, which is a shame as it's a beautiful location. That's not a hotel fault. I'd say it's a Vietnam problem. Doesn't seem to be any bins anywhere. Obviously, being near to a large fishing town, harbour, you'll get litter just a shame nobody picks it up. As Phan Thiet will have an Airport soon it'll get busier hopefully it doesn't lose it's charm and peacefulness. Gorgeous place in general

This is an amazing hotel. The beach is wide and clean. And can be used the whole day long (not dependent on tide). It is also long and connects all resorts. The food offered during lunch and dinner is tasty. Awesome juices and milkshakes (not too many sorts though). The breakfast is good (no special coffe available, only americano) and the buffet is big. The rooms are very confortable. For kids there is a big play room, that could be better supplied but at least has a huge ball bad and the kids love to be there. Small kids that is. For older there is ping pong, billard and billard pool. Overall the resort is nice and clean. We loved the fact that it is made up of several small houses instead of a huge building. That also makes it possible for almost every room to have a wonderful view (either towards the resort or to the beach). Cost to get to the restaurants outside the resort approx. 80.000, 10 min drive. To Mui Ne down town is further but we never went. Laundry service is available but too expensive. But there are options very close from here.

The service is good but not excellent. They are very kind and helpful but the language barrier is big and that makes it sometimes very difficult. Also the time between order and delivery is long.

Fabulous resort in a quieter area, with a lovely large beach and good pool area. The "Beach Villa" was within touching distance to the beach, and close to the main swimming pool. Excellent breakfast buffet, with open plan dinning area which was very pleasant. Massage and beauty treatment was a high standard and very thoroughly conducted. Binh was really good!

The bed was a little hard for our liking, and probably the most uncomfortable during our 4 week stay in Vietnam. The Gym was not very modern, and could do with an update of equipment

I wrote a review already couple of days ago, this is just the extension of my reservation ;). So I will only do additional comments on the pool as I realized this information could be interesting for parents with small kids: the pool is awesome for small kids. It starts at 30 cm depth and the small kids sections is bounded at 90 cm. So kids can safely play in water.

Again the service is not perfect. They speak a poor English. Be sure to order very clearly (ideally little modifications) and be ready to wait long for food and drinks at the pool. Otherwise the staff is nice and helpful. For me not a reason not to come again.

pool was very big and clean, lots of loungers available both by the pool and another area on the beach , so plenty to choose from. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Room was big with separate lounge area. The bed and pillows very comfortable The seating however was not very comfortable. The seating outside on patio was very comfortable. TV had lots of static, so couldnt really watch

Training of service staff needs to be improved. You had to wait a long time for service, then a long time for your meal eg we waited 45 mins for food to arrive on more than one occasion. Drinks and food by the pool restaurant took even longer!

The property is located in a peaceful and quiet area (but only a 10 minute taxi ride from the main strip where all of the restaurants are) and it does look just like the photos. The beach is nice and is relatively clean - but do expect some rubbish as this is nearly impossible to avoid in Vietnam. The pool is really nice and the rooms are quite nice (actually do look just as good as the photos in real life). It's a great place to relax with your family if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The wifi wasn't very good. However, everything else was excellent!

Overall the resort was very good and I would recommend it to others. The service was amazing, and the staff were very quick to address any issues we had. They also spoke reasonably good English. The breakfast was also very good with a wide variety of choices. The pool was clean and had lots of shelter and towels available.

The fitness centre was a bit lacking. The WiFi was poor. There was no fan in the bathroom. The location was ok, but you do need either a taxi or Grab to get anywhere outside the resort.

The resort was really good, spacious room for us and felt very relaxed when we were there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, helped us book taxis with cheaper price to Da Lat. The breakfast was great too.

After I booked the room, I received message from the hotel manager that there was something wrong with the rates at their end and asked me to cancel and rebook the room. It made me feel bad of Mui Ne immediately as I didn’t know if we would still have the room if I didn’t cancel it. I contacted the booking.com customer service and didn’t get helpful answer. Then I decided to book an Airbnb as back up plan but experienced the same thing: ask me to pay additional. Eventually, the resort came back to us that they’d honor the reservation. The stay turned out to be exceptional, but the whole thing was quite a hassle for us, very stressful!

The room and bungalow we stayed in was lovely. Overlooking the beach. The pool and beach were well maintained. There were plenty of staff and they were very helpful and made you feel welcome. As the resturant wasn’t open for dinner we ate up the road and the food was great there.. You can borrow bikes to cycle to town.

The breakfast was by far the poorest we had in our 3 weeks in Vietnam. The food looked like it had been left out for hours. If the chef is worried about numbers.. they would be better off without a buffet and have a simple fresh menu instead.
