Just came back for a week in TCI, can't thank Booking enough to put Zenza on the top list when I was looking for a place to stay there. The hotel is perfect, the location, the staff from the ones in the lobby to the cleaning staff everyone makes sure you definitely have a good time. The room was always clean and fill with everything. I had a beautiful view to the marina. There are two restaurants/bar in the same complex, if you don't want to go far away. They have fresh pastries and fruits everyday, they even have a fridge with water and a bottle-filling station next to the lobby if it's close after 10 pm. The beach is a 5mins walk from the hotel, if you rent a car everything is 10 or 15 mins max, go visit TCI if you can it's worth it. Don't think twice book Zenza you won't be disappointed. The location was superb. Transport to the beach was very good too along with sun lounger provision. The staff were helpful and friendly. Provision of free drinks, fruit and pastries for breakfast much appreciated.

The room itself needs better provision for bath / swim towel and clothes drying (swimming stuff needs rinsing in fresh water after salt water swimming). For example, only one hook beside the shower to hang and dry two large bath towels...

Mario was exceptional at the front desk. He was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect and very spacious. The pool was cleaned everyday. The restaurants on site were very good. Plenty of towels were available.

The bathroom towel holder and toilet roll holder were broken but the staff fixed them immediately. The safe was not operating properly when we first arrived, but again the staff corrected this immediately. The water for the showers could have been hotter-it was warm but not hot. It would have been nice if our catamaran excursions could have picked us right up at the marina; instead we had to go to a different resort to meet the catamarans.

The hotel was central to everything. Restaurants steps away, supermarket 5 mins away and multiple beaches just a short drive for variety (10mins) They have golf carts to take you the the closest beach if you didn’t drive or wherever else you want to go close. I visited places like ritz Carlton hotel and some fine dining restaurants for breakfast and lunch and dinner so I rented a car because I would be moving around a lot but it’s not necessary, everything is close even airport, no more than 15mins to get anywhere and you can taxi if you don’t want to drive. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The view of the marina was nice if you don’t pay for ocean view. Nice quiet rooftop deck to watch the sunset. Perfect stay if you don’t want to deal with a bunch a people at a resort. I was there to relax so it was perfect.

Our stay at ZenTheHotel was nothing short of magical. From the spotless rooms with breathtaking views to the warm, incredibly helpful staff, everything felt perfect. The rooftop was the highlight—sipping champagne while watching the island unfold beneath us was unforgettable. With two amazing beaches nearby—one teeming with sea turtles for snorkeling, the other perfect for swimming—this location couldn’t be better. You can feel the love and care put into this place by its wonderful owners. If you’re looking for a special getaway on Grace Bay, this is it. We’ll be back for sure!

Zenza was excellent and I didn’t realize when booking how much more hospitality that the kind staff would offer like the rides to the beach, continental breakfast, or access to cold bottled waters our whole stay. They are right next to two bar/restaurants that were great so it was very convenient to not have to travel to grab drinks or quick meals. The room was great and the hotel itself is in a beautiful area that is central to everything.

I didn’t like that I had to check out! It was so sad to end the vacation, but it truly made the time off so wonderful and relaxing. I will definitely return to Zenza one day and recommend it to others visiting Turks and Caicos.

Loved our stay at this hotel! The front desk staff was amazing, special shout out to Gem, Cherry and John for always accommodating our needs. We were even provided with free fresh coconut juice from the trees in the property to help with hydration as my son was having loose bowels one day.

None. Hotel looks brand new and all facilities were modern and very clean. Loved that they provide free bottled water and a small continental breakfast at the lobby. I just wish the nearby beach was swimmable. It had very strong waves, but that's not the hotel's fault. My family would stay here again!

The breakfast was basic - pastries, coffee, juice, granola bars, and fruit. I do feel like everyone went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even built a ramp for my husband to easily access our room with his wheelchair! It was so easy to catch a taxi to anywhere you wanted to go - a list was provided by the front desk. Cherry (at the front desk) helped us arrange parasailing and mobile massages in our room! It was great. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, but even downtown is a 15 minute drive. The beach and marina were within walking distance.

I did not like that there were no facilities (like a gym) on the premises. As a person who works out, that would have been nice to get in a workout of some kind, other than taking the stairs to the fourth floor, where our room was. Maybe consider adding grab bars to some of the rooms to make them a bit more ADA accessible.

The property is beautiful and very clean. It’s very quiet too. I think it would be better for couples who don’t really care to party. Also they have free continental breakfast and coffee. There’s also 3 restaurants in walking distance and they have a shuttle to the beach. There’s a nice rooftop overlooking the marina. I got the marina view ground floor. Totally worth it!!

I loved everything about it. But if you wanna party I’d stay in grace bay that’s where all the clubs are.

This property was beautiful and right in a heart of everything about 3 miles from the airport. The hotel is surrounded by three restaurants with great food and beautiful view right on the bay. The hotel includes continental breakfast. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. The ladies at the front desk also helped with car rental, which was so easy and convenient. The car was dropped off at property and picked up a desired location. The hotel also has private beach access, free bike and golf cart drop off to the hotel beach.
