I loved my stay and will come back next time I’m in Lexington. Lena at the front desk was amazing, start to finish! Eric at the front desk gave you that southern comfort. Maintenance handled any issues swiftly. The rooms were really nicely updated and the facilities were nice and clean. There was no free breakfast but there was always free fruit and coffee in the snack room. Laundry was free and there was a decently sized work out room. You had all your basic needs met in the fully equipped kitchen in your room. As soon as I walked in, I sent pics to my travel agent friend.

My three minor maintenance issues were all handled very quickly, so I didn’t have any real issues worth explaining.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Lex. This is our favorite. Beds were comfy. Room was so clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our first room had an issue with toilet not flushing when we got there. The lady at the front desk immediately came up and moved us to another room and apologized. This place was so quiet it felt like we were the only ones there.

Everything was great. No complaints at all. We will be staying here again for our next trip without question!

Since staying here three years ago, this location has had a major upgrade. Everything new. Even the staff is excited to tell you about it. Speaking of the staff… they are warm, sincerely kind, happy to please people. Someone is always at the desk, 24/7. While the location is a bit out of our way, it’s definitely worth the extra minutes of driving to stay at this location.

The only complaint: bathroom door had swollen and wouldn’t shut entirely.

Very dog friendly - staff were amazing (Robbie) with our dog (who is afraid of everything and everyone). No breakfast but they did have fruit and coffee (free) but there were items you could purchase. Full kitchen (small but very functional). Great value - would stay there again and definitely recommend if you are traveling with your dog.

No complaints whatsoever.

The only issue during my stay was that the outdoor courtyard was directly outside my room. This was just coincidental, but it was noisy at night when other guests were outside.

Room was a bit small.

Property was clean and the staff was wonderful . Very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything you need .

We enjoyed that we had a kitchenette. The shower had great water pressure. Also, the bed was comfortable, and the placement gave us plenty of room.

The size of the TV was very small. The lighting was okay, but possibly could have been better in some corners of the room. The air unit didn't work as instructed but after talking with the front desk, it was corrected.

The rooms were nice and the patio/grill area was great

Wished there was breakfast option, but the little store had some good choices foe purchase

Staff, clean facility always stay here, the general manager and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I trust them.
