Desk staff was very friendly loved the s’mores kits.

The kitchen staff on Monday morning was a little unpleasant there was a lady that had a few children with her she thought breakfast was served until 930 as so did I she was busy getting her children food and the lady that was kitchen staff started closing everything thing down as it was going on 900 not giving the lady time to finish finally the lady said I thought you didn’t close up till 930 the help was really rude and said no 900 she then asked if she could at least get her something to eat she did allow her to but was very impatient about it. My husband and I didn’t want her to cause a scene and embarrass us so we didn’t bother to ask her if we could also grab something to eat even though it was still 900 we just decided to go over to Bob Evans and eat

The room layout, outlets, etc. were great. I even used some spare bedding that was provided with the room due to it being so cold the first night.

My room was VERY cold at check-in and didn't warm up before leaving the first day. The second night was OK. Also,, very minor, but my colleague got some free chocolates at their coffee station and when I asked out of curiosity, the desk clerk seemed very confused and said that was abnormal.

The room was exceptional! The spa shower was awesome.

We are not fans of the “Build-your-own-breakfast-sandwich” idea. The tiny “French toast” are ridiculous. The sausage patties were crispy and overdone. Just not a good idea. Feels like you cheapened the breakfast experience.

We have never stayed at a Home 2 Suite property before. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The pool towels were the softest I’ve ever encountered at a pool. The rooms were spacious for 6. The shower had 3 shower heads and was amazing as well.

The breakfast was excellent…lots of choices and the coffee and cookies available at night was a great finish to the day. The weather was warm enough we sat outside around the fireplace.

I didn’t have any complaints about our stop. We would definitely book here again

Nice pool/ patio area complete with grills. Outdoor front patio area with fire pit was a huge plus! Convenient to local restaurants and close to nearby Lexington attractions. KY horse park and Toyota production facility and visitor center is a 10 minute drive away. This is the place to stay if you want to go to Ark Encounter as it is just a stones throw away. The accommodations are exceptional and the staff is fantastic!

The property was in a good location, a lot of places to eat within walking and driving distance, the breakfast was pleasant, the staff very friendly

The only challenge I had was, our bathroom sink was draining slow, we only spent one night, but they wasn’t able to fix it

The rooms were very spacious. They had free coffee in the lobby. They also had cookies for guest at different times. The breakfast was great and had something for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very well thought out property. We were only there for one night, but I think the room we stayed in would have worked for multi day stay, as it had a Mini kitchen and plenty of storage. Very comfortable bed and was happy to see a rail in the step in shower

The breakfast was great!! The rooms were good size & very clean!! Close to where we wanted to go! We thoroughly loved our stay!!

Wish the pool was a little larger, but all in all it was great!
