The apartment was great, very efficient method of check-in and out (with codes). The apartment was on top of a grocery shop so very convenient. It was really close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean, we stayed 5 nights and we've been asked if we wanted to change towels as well. Everything was great.

Nothing to dislike

A beautiful aparthotel right in the center of Perea, 20 meters from the sea, equipped with everything you need. Our apartment was even more beautiful than the pictures: large rooms, two bedrooms with bathrooms, three air conditioners and three TVs, a long balcony and mosquito nets. The apartment had everything that was listed in the description on Booking.com and even more: coffee, tea, chocolate eggs and cakes, even painted eggs since it was Easter. There is a grocery store under the apartments that works almost 24 hours, across the street there are two more stores that work 24/7. Great place, big thanks to the landlady who was always available and answered questions instantly. We will go again on our first free weekend!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and spread over two levels. Upstairs there is a comfortable bedroom, and downstairs a large living room with a functional kitchen. There are also two balconies, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The apartment is fully equipped – everything we needed was there, nothing was missing. A great place for both a short stay and a longer holiday. My rating: 5 stars.

The apartment was great, the host always answered our questions immediately. We were able to check-in earlier as requested. I really, really enjoyed the stay!

Kitchen chairs were very very dirty - they need to be replaced. There was some sand still on the floors (shower and stairs), but nothing to be worried about. The cleaning lady was really kind and helpful! I'd recommend this place.

This is hands down one of the best apartment's that we've stayed in. A all-round amazing experience. Located a few steps from the sea and close to the promenade, long beaches for walks and swimming. The owner is wery friendly and profesional, if u plan to wisit this region then this should be your choice of stay.

Parking is a pain sometimes , but u have a large parking lot across the apartment and u can pay around 5 euros per day if u don't find a parking spot .

The apartment is very big and very well equiped. Everything you need for your stay is there, starting from complementary things, up to the quality and quantity of available dishes, and ending with the AC in every room and washing machine. Internet is very good and the host is most helpful, fast answers and availability.

A microwave oven would have been a bonus. It was missing a scoop for gathering the dirt (specially needed for when coming back from the beach).

good location, very clean, you have everything you need for your stay, air conditioning in every room, security, good internet and TVs in every room.

if you have a small child with you, I dont recommend a room with a staircase isnt safe.

Nice, modern apartment with very good interior, bathroom and kitchen very well equiped, we even had slippers for all guests. Location excellent, just steps away from the sea, and markets/restaurants/bakery. We also liked the check in with codes (no keys to lose somewhere). Overall a great stay.

Sleeping could be more comfortable. The matresses are basic, which is ok, but the pillows could be improved (too small).

Accommodation in a very pleasant and quiet environment, with good access to the beach. We arrived with a group of friends and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation is very well equipped and the staff is very helpful. I can heartily recommend it to everyone!
