Very friendly staff (& locals) from the second we walked in to the second we left. Very easy location to find, great location outside of Sligo if you have something on in the town as we did. Perfect place for what we wanted & the joined take away was a lovely bonus. Would I have a long stay in this place with a family probably not but it's 100% ideal for few nights definitely. If we have anything on in Sligo again I will definitely be returning here (if it's available)

Have absolutely nothing to say what I didn't like about this place to be honest

Small, cosy, friendly. The room had kettle, and cartons of water, tea/coffee were very welcome. Breakfast choice was good. Room bright & airy. Good shower. Close to garage, supermarket, shops & pubs,restaurant in nearby Cliffony.

Bit of outside traffic, this is to be expected as it is on the main road. Being above a bar might not suit everyone, but I knew this when booking, so no surprise. Handy for a nite cap, though, so not really a negative.

We entered the bar with all our luggage and were directly greeted by the owner who easily guessed that we were here for the B&B. He showed us around and brought us to the first floor to show us our room. Despite being on top of a bar, we were not bothered by the noise. The room seemed to be quite new. It was simple, but you get everything you need for a stop before continuing your journey. You can park your car for free in front of the bar. Good hot breakfast in the morning. We got the full Irish breakfast.

Obviously, the building is by a busy road, but the windows blocked enough of the sound to get a good night sleep. The walls on the contrary are a bit thin, we could hear the other guests in the hallway, but we were not bothered by that.

Bathroom and shower - excellent - spotless. Lovely breakfast and take a crossaint and fruit and fill your flask before you head off on the Wild Atlantic Way. Really friendly staff, nice pint, good craic in the bar with locals. A couple of nice places to eat locally. Ideal location for sightseeing..Belbulbin Forest Walk, Gleniff Horseshoe, Streedagh Beach, Mullaghmore Head all nearby.

Bed could do with a new mattress. Passing traffic quite noisy early in the morning.

The room was fabulous, brilliantly laid out for a family with twin and double beds. The bar downstairs was busy and the staff and locals were really welcoming, even had live music for a bit, we couldn’t hear any noise in the room and had a great view of the mountain behind us. The breakfast was lovely, nothing too much bother. Also the road opposite leads you to the Spanish Armada site and a lovely beach.

I had said at the time of booking that it would be late evening arrival. Absolutely no problem. Had car trouble on the way and was delayed for 2 hours. Again absolutely no problem to them. Great welcome. The room was a fine size, very comfortable with water tea/coffee making facilities. Great 2 nights, sleeping in a comfy bed. Breakfast was beautiful, fantastic choice, and staff were so helpful. Ideal location, great for touring the West, with bar and takeaway on the premises. Lovely music session on the Saturday. I can’t speak highly enough about the place.

I can’t find fault.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and right on our route to Derry. We were greeted well and shown our room and invited to ask if we needed anything. We enjoyed great food and service at the take out! Chicken burger, salad and pizza. All excellent! We over ordered so still enjoy extra pizza today! Our breakfast was terrific too! Wonderful hospitality all around!

Everything was as expected.

Conveniently located north of Sligo where I would heading after my stay. Nice that the property included a bar and restaurant for the evening in addition to the breakfast in the morning.

The bed mattress was a bit worn although I was able to awake in the morning not any stiffer than normal. The room itself had everything needed - I especially appreciated the kettle for coffee and the bottles of water.

Size of the room was great for 3 people and we really appreciated they let us have a late check out for a wedding we were attending.

They didn’t have food service the night we were there (Monday) which we didn’t know about until 8.45pm and by then it was too late to get anything in town so we had to drive to get food. It would’ve been nice to be told this when we checked in and we could’ve planned a bit better.

The people, especially the lady serving breakfast was very kind and even went out of her way to help me. She watched my backpack when I was out, dried my clothes and she even cooked me a vegetarian Irish breakfast! You know who you are! I am very greatful for you :)

The rooms was a little dusty, and I saw some mold at the duche bottom corner of the cabinet. So I had to take some allergy tablet to not sneeze. But it seems to be a common thing that the standards of cleanliness in general here in Ireland is lower than in my home country...
