The staff were really welcoming and the accomadation was good.

It took a long time for my meal to come out and it was also well overcooked and tough. I had the schnitzel with garlic prawns as the roast chicken special was sold out. Frozen vegetables and microwave mash potatoe was served with the meal and I could not eat the schnitzel as it was to hard to even cut through.

Quiet location. Comfortable beds. No bedside lamps and bathroom door opened out onto bed so access poor. Breakfast was good but would have appreciated tinned fruit and better selection of spreads. Pub food good with plenty of choice but disappointed there was no Sunday roast. The 695 Corellas kept us entertained.

It was easy to get to. I was camping with friends but I don't camp. So I enjoyed the day with them and then came to the hotel at night and let them sleep on the ground. The hotel was quiet and bed perfect for someone whose back is no longer great.

The bathroom light was broken but when. I returned at night to sleep and left the next day where wasnoone to tell.

Great location close to where we needed to be for the weekend events. Room was reasonably sized, clean and offered the basics. Onsite bar and restaurant were great; meal was tasty and mid ranged priced.

The room needed airing or an air freshener, once aired out it was ok.

Ha,Ha, WHAT breakfast? Despite being told that breakfast was included, there was NO breakfast, and nobody about to say why! At 7-00 am the place was locked up like Fort Knox!

Being told that brealfast was included! If I had known that it wasn't I would have bought an egg roll or similar. A shaving mirror that is 5 feet high at the bottom!!! We are not all 6 ft mining giants!

The location was excellent, just a short stroll to restaurants and cafes, and river side walking paths. The breakfast was good, with a range of plant based milk. Food at the hotel was good, with vegetarian and vegan options. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the bathroom had obviously been updated, which was great. The bed was comfortable and it was great to have coffee making facilities for the morning. Breakfast was available but we did not dine there as we were meeting friends for breakfast later.

We were happy with everything as we were only in the room for a small amount of time, due to attending a wedding nearby.

Loved the really good fitout and good furnishings of a small space. High quality bedding and the room was very luxurious. Comfy bedding and good quality TV and good speed WiFi. Great views across the valley.

Nothing - it was winter so the gardens and pool were not at their best but given the time of year that is to be expected

That I was given one room which turned out I wasn't in and had to go and change to another room, but staff did apologies for this mistake. Food was a bit average as well.

The Riverside Hotel has a lovely ambiance of a country pub and is great value for money. The accommodation we had was 'motel' style but very modern, very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable and cosy. We had planned to eat dinner elsewhere, but REALLY pleased we returned as the food was sensational. Bangers & mash included a bed of roasted vegetables, and the salmon was perfection. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout and we would recommend Riverside Hotel.

From the photos, I had understood we were part of this lovely old hotel upstairs. However, we were in a "demountable" which on first sight we were disappointed with BUT it was spacious, cosy, very comfortable, very clean, well appointed, and with nice linen and towels. The upstairs is still under renovation apparently, but we were very happy in the demountable.
