Great Spacious Rooms with a little patio to sit. they have two rooms, so a bit of privacy for the kids and they can have fun. Kitchenette had basics. Small game room, fitness center with 2 machines, small Jacuzzi. Over all did the job for a night stay. It is not in the Friday harbor, but very walkable ( though a bit uphill one way) For EVs: They have a tesla charger only. For others you might have to go little further.

No Breakfast ( though there is onsite cafe, paid), no pool. That way the pricing is high. The bath room was too dated, specially the seats were very old and small.

We had booked the room with double queen beds. The suite had the beds laid out in two separate rooms. The independent bedroom had an AC while there was a fan above the second bed. The kitchenette was well equipped with necessary cutlery and utensils. Clean, spacious rooms. Not very close to the harbor but manageable walking distance. The onsite cafe (Medio cafe) serves breakfast and lunch during weekends (Fri-Sun). We had our breakfast there on the day of checkout. The options are limited and food is good - not exceptional neither anything to complain about. The game room on the property had a good collection of board games and other games to keep you busy for a few hours. We didn't get time to explore the hot tub.

The hotel seems to be pretty old and hasn't had any renovations. So the furniture and woodwork seems old and faded. Everything is functional so no real complaints, just that it doesn't give the "fancy" feeling.

Within reasonable walking distance of ferry terminal. Roomy accomodations with kitchen (full-size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hot water heater, and kitchen sink). Comfy king size bed with nice linens. We were traveling by bicycle and there was room in our "living room" to securely store two bikes while we were out and about. Housekeeping is by request (not automatically provided every day), which is sensible--costs are kept down by right-sizing cleaning staff. It's possible to grab extra towels and toiletries from the front desk if needed. If the room needs cleaning, just ask in the morning as you head out the door. In-house cafe provides a quick way to get breakfast and coffees. Lobby has comfortable sitting areas, plus a fireplace.

This is a cute establishment tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The hotel staff were very friendly. They have spacious apartments with great amenities; we especially enjoyed the Medio Cafe and outdoor jacuzzi. It’s close to the Friday Harbor ferry and main streets, which was ideal since we left our car in Anacortes. Although we didn’t need to use it, they had A/C. This was a last-minute find for us. I’m not 100% sure how it compares to other hotels on San Juan Island, but I suspect it’s more affordable than most in the area.

The one drawback to our stay was the lack of soundproofing between stories. Super frustrating when you’re trying to sleep and your neighbors are night owls. (The sound of their phones vibrating woke me up at 4:00AM the first night.) I’d still go back because the pros definitely outweigh the cons here, but I’d request an upper level room or bring strong ear plugs.

Great location, staff and services. Welcoming site and cozy touches such as fireplace in lounge, non-digital game room, self serve towel and soap station in the lobby, plenty of extra bedding so our party could spread out across the suite & everyone had their own bed.

We were on first floor with noisy upstairs neighbors who were up all night. Not something the facility can likely fix at this point, but I spent a sleepless night wishing the insulation was much better! I'll request top floor next time and tread lightly 🙂

The location, staff and cleanliness were great. The coffee shop in lobby is wonderful and love that you get a complimentary specialty coffee.

We booked a suite and it said the sleeping arrangements were 1 double bed and 1 twin, but when we got there, the twin was a roll away in the closet. So my daughter wound up sleeping on the couch as it was too much work to set up roll away by the time we got to hotel. It was misleading and that was not good. That was the only complaint about the entire stay. Still a nice place to stay

Great atmosphere, nice lobby, lovely cafe and we received free beverage vouchers for the cafe which was a thoughtful touch. Spacious room, clean, comfortable beds.

While the building and lobby were very modern, the room itself was quite dated, particularly in the bathroom and decor. We got a discounted price through booking.com so it was great for us, but not sure I would have been happy to pay the full price for this dated of a room had I not gotten the discount.

The amenities made this a great stay. There are lots of small/cozy (and large) gathering spaces - comfy chairs by the fireplace, sitting area by glass artwork display, indoor game room, puzzle room, movie theatre room, large coffee/sandwich shop with lots of windows, outdoor children’s play area, outdoor game area, lots of patios, hot tub, and more. Also, the bathroom had two small shelves for toiletries.

The room decor is dated. However, it was very clean.

The double queen room was very spacious, basically 2 rooms with a kitchenette. Loved having a hot water kettle but no tea was available. Keurig coffee was plentiful but you do have to walk to the lobby. The hallway was interesting; the doors to rooms are perpendicular so there is an optical effect. Staff was very friendly and helpful with tips, including renting a car from the agency across the street. It was our first time in San Juan so we were mostly out and did not check out the cafe, hot tub, or picnic area. We just walked from the ferry, it's not too far but it is uphill...

Tea would have been lovely in addition to coffee. No half and half, just powdered creamer in packets. No dish washing detergent in the kitchen, I guess they don't expect guests to wash dishes on vacation!

We liked the onsite coffee shop, bakery items, access to refill water bottles. The balcony was a plus!!

complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles were very small and hard to squeeze contents out. Bed mattress was uncomfortable, had a sink hole, could use replacement. Crazy hallway! Did not know about the shuttle services until leaving, check-in staff could have told more of amenities of hotel.
