The location of the property is perfect. Central to all shops and the ferry terminal, if you have a harbor view room you will be able to see the ferry come and go throughout the day. The staff is wonderful, especially the housekeeping team who warmly greet you and make you feel at home.

Parking could become limited in the evening, especially during busy/peak seasons. However, there were still available spots around the property for overnight parking. The staff are very accommodating though and will assist with any questions.

What really sets this place apart, is the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness elevate the entire experience. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. The restaurant's food is nothing short of spectacular, we loved all the food we ordered. In every way, this was the ideal weekend getaway.

Very cozy. Wonderfull view to the harbor. Very kind staff. Free coffe and tea with refreshments. Location is great. We will be back.

American breakfast. Was good but heavy for the morning... Well you can choose A La Cart... Expensive a little bit...

The ac heat was a portable unit and loud The fireplace was low flames but got the room too hot Breakfasts were good but our dinner on Easter Sunday was not good

Breakfast was superb. View great. Good place to unwind and handy to attractions.

The chairs in the room were uncomfortable and the balcony railing obscured the view unless sitting on a chair from another part of the room.

Great location right near the ferry in the middle of town. Terrific restaurant.

The second floor is very noisy. Can hear all the foot traffic above. Room 26 is not private but has a view. The layout is odd.

Exceptional room, beautiful location, overlooking harbor and friendly staff. Room was comfortable and very nicely appointed. We had booked a King Room with Garden View and had a nice view of garden overlooking the harbor, which we did not expect! Since our room was on the ground floor we could walk out onto the patio and garden. There were numerous patio furniture and enjoyed our stay relaxing with a wonderful view of harbor. Room included a fireplace which came in handy at night and early mornings when temperatures dipped below 50 and a hot tub.

Unfortunately we had a late dinner and the Harbor House restaurant ran out of both seafood selections we had wanted to order. So we could not order seafood and settled for salad and pasta selections. Next time we will make an earlier reservation.

Right on the water and amazing! Watched the ferries come in and out. The town itself was amazing! Small and quiet and cute. Will absolutely be going back
