The location, facilities, and daily, homemade breakfast were all great. We stayed in the largest room with a king size bed with beautiful views from numerous large windows. The breakfasts were marvelous, with homegrown ingredients, including eggs from their hens, and zucchini and blackberries for their garden .

The large windows did not allow for curtains, so there was a lot of light coming in when you were trying to sleep, but they did provide eye sleep masks. The toilet paper tissue needed to be softer, to please me. Charmin please😘

The hosts were very welcoming and kind! The room was clean and the linens were extremely cozy. The breakfast was incredible - simple and well done. They were able to accommodate my gluten free dietary restriction easily!

We booked a room with a private bathroom, but we didn't realize the bathroom was just outside of the bedroom. So we had to leave our room to use the bathroom.

Saturn's Return was an absolute sanctuary. Emma & Wiley put so much thought into their guest experience. We felt immediately at home upon arrival. Moments of peacefulness and bliss were felt from sun up to sun down! Highly recommend staying here vs at major lodging places throughout the island for the little slice of heaven that is Saturn's Return.

Saturn's Return is one of San Juan Island's "hidden" gems. The location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. It's on the other end of the island but easily accessible from Friday Harbor. Emma and Wiley were great friendly hosts. It was easy to tell from the choice of bed linens to the robes, toiletries, etc., that they put a lot of thought and effort into making their guests feel at home. Loved our room, the sun room, living room and outdoor space. Pretty much everything! I took the best nap I've had in years shortly after checking in and slept like a baby throughout the night. The locally sourced breakfast spread was such a delight to wake up to. Oh, and don't freak out when you see a turkey lurking around. It's the farm's superstar and chummy ambassador, Super! Can't wait to stay here again!

Appreciated that they accommodated for breakfast when we had an early start to one our days. The host was wonderful and very courteous, our room was very clean and ready for us to occupy, and although we had to share a bathroom, we never had any conflicts to use it, and the bathroom was very clean. Most of all, it was away from the hustle and bustle of Friday Harbor when we wanted to finally hang it up for the day.

We biked off the ferry and on our way to the hotel, I got a flat tire. Emma was so kind to come and pick me up and bring me to the hotel. The hosts provided us tools so we were able to fix our bike and have a great time! Our toddler loved the chickens.

The location was incredible, breakfast delicious and hosts friendly & accomodating. Overall an amazing experience.

Hard to think of anything to be honest

Fantastic. Beautiful inn run by a lovely couple on an equally lovely farm. AND they have a hammock! We will definitely stay there again. You should stay there, too.

Emma and Wiley were amazing hosts. Kind, low key, welcoming…the breakfast of locally procured eggs, salmon, bread, yogurt, butter and homemade spreads was the perfect compliment to this idyllic setting. We love what this project stands for and the vision for the future. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast is homemade and good-tasting. Owners are friendly even we arrived very late, they still provided a welcoming introduction.
