Cleanness/decor/ quiet/ overall presentation/instrumental music at the lobby. Many detailed attention .! Superb TEAM Members! They go out of their way to exceed expectations !

Room I stayed in / second floor , did not have a window and I usually get and inch of my window to get better rest !

The hotel itself was the cutest thing ever! It’s right in the heart of Friday Harbor. With its location being right in town, it still had a very private feel too it! It was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice and we slept great!

Housekeeping was a little sporadic. The “do not disturb” signs don’t have very well on the doors, so they would fall down when trying to shut the door resulting in housekeeping walking in on us a couple times.

The room was clean.

When booking I didn’t select a room with a detached bathroom but was somehow given that type of room. I was very uncomfortable with this. I then called and was informed by the hotel property staff that I could purchase another room for more money. I explained to her that I selected the room with the bathroom while booking and was given a price for a room with a bathroom. She responded by saying that the property may not have the correct room description on booking.com. This should not be the guests issue and should be fixed on the site immediately.

Quirky and quiet! We had a rooftop patio to enjoy the sun and drinks on. Location was great and right in the middle of everything to do. Shayla went above and beyond helping me make our stay special on very short notice helping me get champagne and flowers set up with less than 24hrs notice!!

Not having anyone at the front desk took a little adjusting to, but all in all the check in/out experience was simple and fast.

we had the suite, had our own court yard for playing cards and having coffee. room was very clean and exteremly spacious, not missing anything. Soaps and lotions were great, nothing was left out, cozy robes and wine openers! location was epic

wish there was a view of harbor but it is what it is. Had a courtyard that was nice

The facility was very clean, but it run remotely never had a human being to ask a question

For the price that I paid I was expecting to at least have some toast or yogurt for breakfast

Plenty of space in the room and nice jacuzzi tub. The balcony was nice to relax on too.

I thought we’d have a view of the water from the balcony but we did not.

Very nice and clean hotel. Even the shared Bathroom is very clean.

I did not realize it was a shared bathroom from the booking. If you dont do the online check in, the check in is at another hotel. But this is obly 2 Blocks away, so not to bad either.

The jacuzzi and the bed were very nice. We enjoyed having champagne glasses in the lobby to use for our sparkling apple cider we drank to toast for our anniversary. Even though we never physically seen any employees of the facility, the people I texted with questions were very friendly. Also, liked the lighted remote ceiling fan. Liked having the binders of the restaurant menus so we could plan ahead of what we wanted. Some of them need to be updated.

Bigger hot water heater to heat the water in the jacuzzi longer to fill it up before it turns to cold water. The water wasn't at it's highest level in jacuzzi before it turned cold. Also, they need "C" dowel holder for shower curtain rod because it kept falling down. The first time it hit my husband on his head, but the second time he caught it. After the second time, we left it out until we were done in the jacuzzi. He adjusted it to be a little tighter. The TV could have been a little bigger for the price of the room.

The check on was easy. The location was near food and activities. It was clean and modern.

Next time I’d chose a room with a bathroom inside not down the hall. This was a little inconvenient.
