/ I accidentally booked a room that wasn’t pet friendly and the staff was super kind and accommodating, they helped me change my room to a pet friendly room the day of my arrival. And when my anxious pup ended up ripping up some trim they were also super kind and understanding. Despite my dog making the trip stressful, the staff made me feel very comfortable and that was greatly appreciated!

we LOVED: The location, the quiet property, the pool, the ease of checking in and out and the STAFF.

I booked 2 rooms not knowing they were farther apart then I would have liked. mine bottom floor, my daughters 2nd floor 2 bldgs over. it all worked out but next time I'll be specific about the rooms being by each other.

Great location. Great atmosphere. Clean. Very comfortable. Courtyard was neat. Beautiful gardens. Nice staff. Coffee shop was good. Within walking distance to food, drink, and the docks.

First night there was a loud noise like a fan or machinery. We were somewhat near the laundry area & we surmised that staff pulled an all nighter washing bedding between guest stays.

The room/bathroom is nice, clean and roomy. I appreciate the coffee maker and pods. The keyless entry and mini split HVAC are also nice touches to the stay. The location is great for short walks to restaurants and longer walks to the harbor. The landscaping at this establishment is inviting.

Beds were a bit lumpy. The pools and hot tub look like they are due for a drain and good scrub down.

Good communication, very real-time responses, pleasant staff, great location, very clean inside and out, loved the shower.

As we were turning in for the night, our heating/ac unit would run for a while and trip the breaker. Eventually, close to Morning the unit worked correctly.

Beautiful place and great location. The staff is very friendly and the room was beautiful. My brother and I really enjoyed our stay.

I wanted to swim at 6:00 am, as I am an early bird and I couldn't because you open the pool at 8:00. Maybe consider opening earlier for people like me. The wifi was not great either, I kept losing the signal and as I traveled from Mexico I really needed the wifi.

good location-only 4 short blocks from town. Quiet and clean. Grocery market, movies, places to eat at a very walkable distance. Appreciated so much the self-serve coin operated laundry machines. Had everything we needed. Seems to be the choice hotel for the higher end tour companies as well since we saw their vans in the parking lot.

Room service offered only once every 3 days. Apparently this is the norm now post-pandemic since that is our experience in other hotels.

It was close to town, the king size bed was very comfortable, spacious room with microwave & small refrigerator. Grocery store and restaurants nearby.

Would have liked to have had a toaster in our room and some eating utensils and small plates. Carpeting needs an update and or cleaning. Room was dark could use a freshen up with lighter paint. Would have liked to have used the indoor pool / jacuzzi. Upon entering the pool/jacuzzi room,the air temperature was extremely warm making it very uncomfortable.

Proximity to town center and being able to check in early.

Walls are a bit thin. Woke up numerous times due to whoever was in the room next to us. We could hear the person in the other room pushing the buttons on the microwave at 6am.

The property is beautiful and comfortable. The whole property is very impressive. The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were very clean. The whole place is welcoming to include the staff.
