This was our second stay at Friday Harbor Suites, and our time there was excellent. We booked a queen room with two beds, and unexpectedly received an upgrade to a two room suite which was wonderful. We had a great kitchenette, including a full fridge, and microwave, which made it easy to dine in for some meals. The rooms were well appointed, the beds were super comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches of robes and slippers. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main center of town, which keeps it in a great location, while offering a more tranquil setting. We would definitely book again!

Location, friendly and responsive staff. 2 bedroom suites were very convenient, especially for people needing separate spaces to sleep.

There was no change of towels or emptying garbage in the rooms. Although there were towels and toilet paper in the lobby, it would be nice to at least have the garbage emptied. Needed at least one chair in 2nd bedroom. Small kitchenette, although convenient, lacked enough utensils or plates for 4. No coffee maker in the room!!! Had to walk to lobby every day for coffee. And 1 of the treadmills in the gym didn’t work. It’s already a very small gym so both treadmills need to be working! Also, the gym closed at 9:00 pm . Why couldn’t it stay open at least until 10:00?

First, we walked in the door and the person behind the desk greeted us with a big smile. We had a rough day, and booked this room at the last minute due to a change in plans. She started by telling us that they had upgraded us to a nicer room! We had our 18 year old twins so it was nice to have a little more space. The room was huge, a 2 room suite, really more like a condo with a kitchen and a little outdoor deck. VERY clean and quiet. The location was at the top of the hill near the airport which worked well for us. They had a shuttle down to the waterfront or to the airport. It is also a nice walk down the hill to many good shops and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised and this will be our go to place going forward. Oh, and they also had a nice coffee bar area upstairs in addtion to coffee pods in the room.

Located really close to town, the room was spacious and comfortable. Although the decor is old it was clean and had some fun facilities like a games room and a movie room. The room had good blackout curtains as well as air conditioning and heating.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle but very little in the way of kitchen utensils, we had to ask at reception for a knife and we wanted to make a salad but they only had tiny breakfast bowls so it was difficult to prepare food.

Great Spacious Rooms with a little patio to sit. they have two rooms, so a bit of privacy for the kids and they can have fun. Kitchenette had basics. Small game room, fitness center with 2 machines, small Jacuzzi. Over all did the job for a night stay. It is not in the Friday harbor, but very walkable ( though a bit uphill one way) For EVs: They have a tesla charger only. For others you might have to go little further.

No Breakfast ( though there is onsite cafe, paid), no pool. That way the pricing is high. The bath room was too dated, specially the seats were very old and small.

We arrived later than normal, but I enjoyed that the facility kept communication with us during our travel from the airport to the fairy. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and greeted us with a smile something we needed arriving late. The breakfast was simple and excellent, the employees who ran the restaurant were helpful and friendly made you feel comfortable. overall, I would stay here again....great place to stay.

Not many cons off the top of my head that I can thank of.

The suite was very comfortable. The hotel has a Medio Cafe which served really nice breakfast so we did not have to go anywhere else. The timings are comfortable and staff is polite.

We could have used water bottlles already in our suite. So, we ended up buying a few bottles. The king suite has a kitchenette but we wanted bottled water. After asking at the reception however they very humbly and politely gave us more than enough water bottles. But if they were already at the room, that would have been even better.

We had booked the room with double queen beds. The suite had the beds laid out in two separate rooms. The independent bedroom had an AC while there was a fan above the second bed. The kitchenette was well equipped with necessary cutlery and utensils. Clean, spacious rooms. Not very close to the harbor but manageable walking distance. The onsite cafe (Medio cafe) serves breakfast and lunch during weekends (Fri-Sun). We had our breakfast there on the day of checkout. The options are limited and food is good - not exceptional neither anything to complain about. The game room on the property had a good collection of board games and other games to keep you busy for a few hours. We didn't get time to explore the hot tub.

The hotel seems to be pretty old and hasn't had any renovations. So the furniture and woodwork seems old and faded. Everything is functional so no real complaints, just that it doesn't give the "fancy" feeling.

Within reasonable walking distance of ferry terminal. Roomy accomodations with kitchen (full-size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hot water heater, and kitchen sink). Comfy king size bed with nice linens. We were traveling by bicycle and there was room in our "living room" to securely store two bikes while we were out and about. Housekeeping is by request (not automatically provided every day), which is sensible--costs are kept down by right-sizing cleaning staff. It's possible to grab extra towels and toiletries from the front desk if needed. If the room needs cleaning, just ask in the morning as you head out the door. In-house cafe provides a quick way to get breakfast and coffees. Lobby has comfortable sitting areas, plus a fireplace.

Espresso drink prep in cafe needs work (training, testing, and quality control).

This is an excellent choice in Friday Harbor when travelling with friends. We needed two queen beds per room and discovered to our delight that the beds were in separate rooms - bonus! The rooms, were clean, quiet and the beds were comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant serves good food for reasonable prices. The hotel is located within walking distance to town, with all the shops and restaurants you're looking for. We'll be back!
