I wish I had found it two days earlier. Staff were lovely and friendly. Let me leave my case and explore as I arrived early , as I had stayed in another local hotel not as nice. Rachel in particular, a breath of fresh air , very helpful and kind as I was having problems with WiFi which is a little unreliable She put in code which helped. Room was great , very clean and had a little balcony.

Only little criticism was breakfast, which could have given a bit more choice and included fresh fruit maybe ?

The Superior Room was very well equipped and quite large. Breakfast was good. St Martin parking garage relatively close by. Staff friendly and efficient.

Unfortunately not situated in a very good area of the city and, although easily walkable, the hotel could ideally have been a bit closer to the centre.

This is an older building and nicely decorated. Reception closes between 12h00 - 14h00 - we messaged them through the Booking.com website and we were allowed to check in early. We also needed an early check out on a Sunday, which was no problem and the owners booked us a taxi to the airport which arrived on time and got us there in under 15 mins for a €30 fare. Throughout the stay, the staff were brilliant and helpful, giving tips about what to see and marking it on a little map. You are given a pass code for the front door so that you can come and go as you please. We had a room for 3 (a double and two singles) which was comfortable and clean, with wooden shutters and views towards the mountains. The photo is the view from the window. There was a powerful walk in shower and separate toilet. Breakfast was good value- a serve yourself buffet with lots of choice for €9. Location is just outside the old town and 5-10 mins walk from Castillet etc and 2 mins from a supermarket where you can stock up on water, snacks etc.

This hotel is nice and we would definitely stay again. However, as we are prompted to think of negatives, we would mention that the air conditioning in the room worked but seemed to circulate the air rather than cool it at times. The plug sockets are away from the beds, so you need to charge your phone on the other side of the room - perhaps not a bad thing if you're setting the alarm for an early flight, it gets you out of bed!

Small and cosy, lovely French windows and original shutters in the room. Very comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and patient with my attempts at speaking French. Breakfast was lovely.

Not very good sound proofing between rooms. Corridors could do with a little updating/decorating. The area around the hotel was a bit down trodden, but it wasn’t far to walk to the centre.

The hotel were very helpful, providing us with maps, advising on where to have lunch and letting us borrow umbrellas and then booking a taxi for us to take us to the airport. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and kids (9 and 11 years old) in 1 room with a double bed and bunk beds and it was perfect for what we needed. The location was very good and ideal for sightseeing the city centre.

Very helpful staff on reception, clean & very comfortable bed. We were travelling by bike & were able to leave the bikes in the storage room.

Nothing

Room was clean and very quiet although it was facing a busy street. Good soundproofing as well. It was five minutes distance from the old town. Room had all the facilities you need and a kettle with a tea and coffee. Finally the bed was so comfy. Very happy with our room.

There isn't always someone in reception just in case you need anything. I think they've got specific times when reception is open. They reply straight away though if you message them with questions. It would be easier if they had the Wi-Fi password in the room.

Hotel easy to find and access and not too far from local amenities and Centre Ville within easy walking distance. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room clean and perfect for a short stay.

No fridge in the room unfortunately, would have been nice to be able to keep some cold refreshment available.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly as were the cleaning ladies. The bed was comfortable and the clim was very welcome. Nice size room.

The toilet was a bit dated and dark. Breakfast was expensive for what it included.
