The hotel is perfectly placed for hiking, being right at the entrance to the beautiful Valle de Incles. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Any questions or problems we had were instantly attended to.The rooms ae rather small, but well enough equipped. The spa is open until 10pm and welcome after a day's hiking. The animation and free activities were a nice surprise. Paula, the organiser, gave great yoga classes and guided hikes as well as playing games with the children.

The lighting system in the rooms is complicated and should have been explained when we checked in. The á la carte menu in the restaurant was not up to standard. There was little choice outside fast food options like hamburgers and pizza.

The room is nice and big, the shower was too big and not comfortable to use. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and efficient. The spa was very minimal and also the breakfast had poor variety that didn't change a bit the whole stay. The parking was not usable for a car the size of ours so we had to park in walking distance and to clear out the snow every morning. Lift for the Ski is not in walking distance but they offer a shuttle if you book it on time. All and all it was a pretty good experience. If the pool was deeper (extremely shallow) it would have been better. Thank you

We were impressed by the hosts' kindness, the cleanliness, the wide selection of food, and the wonderful buffet, especially for breakfast and dinner. The spa was lovely, very clean, and diverse. We were particularly delighted by the complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the ski resort each day. We were amazed by the professionalism of all the staff and the overall service at the Hotel. Its proximity to the center and the ski resort (approximately 600-700 meters) was inconsequential due to the consistently punctual and efficient shuttle bus service, running from 8 am to 10:30 am. And we came back as well with shuttle bus. Driver was very kind. Stuff was helpful and efficient for my children and me. Everything is far walking distance from amazing clubs to restaurants. Stuff organized all our wishes immediately without delay. 🇦🇩 Andorra is like fairytale and people are angels and full of patience. For sure we will come again.

It was PERFECT

The staff on the front desk were really friendly and so helpful. The restaurant staff were also extremely friendly. Our room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We found free parking on the street but understand this could be more limited during busy times. We also enjoyed the buffet evening meal and was good value for money.

Our room was located (I think) below the kitchen and the breakfast preparations were very noisy from very early in the morning. We may have been unlucky but found the spa facilities slightly overpriced for what they were and a bit overcrowded.

Amazing hotel tbh lovely rooms and comfy beds with the biggest tv I've seen in a hotel room and quite possibly the biggest bed too.deluxe double room with a view was well worth the extra but so cheap.id definitely stay there again the next time I'm in andorra Amazing views Full drinks facilities in the room Amazing shower Just generally one of the best hotels I've stayed in and rediculously cheap off season

This might have been one of the greatest holidays I've been on. The staff was the nicest people I've ever encountered while travelling. Mateo, Matias, Mauricio, Mellie, Juliane (Hope I spelled everything right), all of them, even the ones I have forgotten. They all made our stay unforgettable, and the reason why we might even return to the hotel. 10/10 service, smiling all the time, and willing to talk.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa after a day hiking and ate in the bar a couple of times, which was fun. Good atmosphere and facilities. Room was very comfortable. We felt well looked after.

There's live music and games most nights in the bar and we go to bed early. The hotel manager kindly found us a room in a quiet part of the hotel after some noise the first night.

Amazing hotel! This is my second time staying here. The staff are very kind, and the food is excellent. The parking area isn’t suitable for big cars, but there is plenty of space available outside the hotel. The hotel is very close to the main ski lifts, making it extremely convenient. Overall, it’s absolutely worth the money we spent!

I was impressed by the restaurant and especially by chef, who cooked varied food every day in the evening and morning, everything was very delicious. Also in this restaurant were the most attentive and friendly waiters I've ever met.

There was no ventilation in the room and no radiators. There was a conditioner, but after turning it on the air burned very rapidly and it caused headache. Also every morning and evening we had wet windows after taking a shower so the water was dropping from the window which was not very convenient

Atrocious parking - ok if you drive a Nissan Micra, anything larger you will struggle to get in without damaging and €20 a day is a rip off. We parked on street with no problem Spa was ok, but needs better control of use we booked but it was obvious that people just turned up and it was over crowded at times- could access not be by room key ? No control over who got on bus, sure some people using it were not even hotel guests ! Tiles broken and lifting in the Spa hot shower
