I enjoyed my stay overall they cleaned my room after the first day and brought fresh towels they were super courteous and not a bother at all

They only complaints I have is the location (it took long for me to be able to get into the parking lot because it was so close to traffic) and the breakfast (honestly I didn’t expect a lot but toast and cereal is crazy to me)

The owner and staff are amazing! They are super friendly and really make sure that you have everything you need! They recently started serving breakfast as well and the rates are always great! I travel to Rosenberg a lot and I will always stay here! love love love it!

sometimes they have guests that aren't very mindful of time so it can get kind of loud after hours like midnight or later. but this does not happen often.

The location was very convenient to our event. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay. Everything in the room was in working order.

The ice maker was out of order. The free breakfast was minimal - cereal, toast/muffins, coffee, and juice. The toiletries included a packet of shampoo but no conditioner.

easy access location, proximity to where I was having my meetings, quiet, staff response to arising needs - for instance, I left my keys behind and the staff helped drop them in the mail for me

the streets with no sidewalks - challenging to walk to- and from the hotel was surprised to find that the shower was a 'walk-in' style, would prefer a bathtub

The guy that check me in was friendly. He provided the wifi info with out me asking, reviewed where my room was located. He just was great at providing me the necessary information without me having to even ask for it. I aslo liked the he accomodated me by placing my room next to my friends room as requested

Grounds keeper loud lawn mower and blew grass over my clean car and did blow it off after he was done

Guy that was receptionist was very professional, looked up information extremely fast, had me in my room in less that 5 - 7 min. starting the "time clock" at the moment I pulled into the property.

AC didn't get cold enough.

The room was big enough for 4 people and the beds were comfortable I also like the bathroom it was nice and clean

Clean and love the full kitchen!

Wished the laundry room was open and available to the guest of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and accommodated our request to have our rooms close together.

The guest next door to 215 sat outside of his door smoking and the smell got into our room.
