Customer service when we checked in at 11pm was amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and didn't taste like plastic eggs like some hotel breakfasts do.

The lady at the front desk when we checked out in the morning seemed a bit rude and like she didn't want to be bothered. I had asked her to make sure my points were on my Marriott account and she didn't even ask for any identifying information to make sure it was done. More pillows or a more supportive pillow in the room would have been nice as well.

The staff was excellent and the accommodations were wonderful.

The entry into the hotel had an overflowing donation box that badly needs removal and clean up around the. It diminishes the quality of the location.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room was cool at night which is great for both me and my wife. Liked the breakfast in the morning. I was compted a soda because the front desk attendant was waiting for the computer to reboot.

The bed was a little saggy and probably needs to be replaced soon.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to get the car while my 83 yr old mom (very thin skin) went to the lobby to wait for me. Somehow she bumped her arm on the way and it was bleeding. The lady at the desk noticed it and immediately retrieved a first aid kit. She cleaned and bandaged mom's arm -- all this was done before I pulled up to the front door. She was very impressed because she said that all she was going to ask the lady for was a paper towel/napkin. I am beyond impressed! Thank you for caring about your guests.

Loved the breakfast. The beds were super comfy! Clean, I love me a clean room!

If I got lobster and steak to eat in bed personally delivered by an extremely attractive man.. But, Hey, Can't have everything!

The hotel staff here is exceptional. They are not only friendly and welcoming but also prompt and professional in their assistance. I must give special recognition to Cobi and Paula, who have truly gone above and beyond in their service.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was well organized with a good selection and area kept clean at all times, room was clean, temperature perfect, soaps/tissue was stocked, adequate towels, parking was sufficient, safe area, close to dining.

No complaints.

Good price for the value, everything was as advertised, confortable, clean, practical and the people where helpful when needed.

Only one washing machine and dryer, had to wait to use it, maybe be complicated when the hotel is full..

The hotel was very nice for the price, also rooms were very spacious. We were originally in one room, but our ac was not working properly. When we went down to the front desk to speak with the staff about it, they came up right away, and when they couldn't Immediately fix the problem, she put us in a new room. Very happy with the staff that night. Thank you for your help!

Getting to the parking lot was a bit tricky at first, but once we figured it out it was okay!

Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The beds were not the best quality and the hallway lights are so bright the light the room up from under the door. Also the early moring fire alarm wasn't very relaxing.
