Location was good, front desk clerks were amazing, felt secure, kitchenette was available, full size fridge, microwave. Would stay again if I remember to bring my own mini waffle maker or breakfast sandwich maker & toaster & groceries.

No continental breakfast, not able to access pool due to on and off rain showers. Only thing available was coffee and tea for breakfast. They need to spray for cockroaches. Also need to provide extra bedding for pull-out couch.

The staff were incredible and they went beyond especially the front desk attendant That check me in she was incredible

The only thing I didn't like was that the pool wasn't working I really was looking forward to it look like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks

Location and staff.. Room was comfy.

I guess I should have requested to be close to the front. I asked not to be on the 1st floor, so I was on the 3rd floor but when I was leaving, it took forever to find the front.. the tub was rusted and minor problems with the remote. Rust on the overhead of the stove, not sanitary at all.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is nice and you always have someone to talk too at the desk, if you need anything.

This location does not serve breakfast. They can update their room.

It was roomy and had the kitchenette. 2 beds and a pullout couch. The price was great for 3 days. The staff was really friendly.

The elevator was a little noisy and the building was older but it was okay

Staff were friendly. Never got to take advantage of the breakfast. Room was good. Bed was firm. Clean.

Smell of marijuana every time we entered through the lobby, from Friday night until Sunday night.

Could use a few updates and didn't appreciate them coming to my door at 9am to clean. Check out was not till 11am.

The heater was not working, and entire floor was cold with A/C blowing during cold front.

Comfortable bed. Cozy Room. Clean appliances. Close and convenient parking.

The breakfast needs a few more options.

Nice staff clean environment location great. This is the only place I stay whenever I come to Sugarland. it’s close to the unit where my husband is and that makes it even better for me and my family
