I stayed here with my 4-year-old son, and we had a great experience. The property was clean, beautiful inside and out, and felt very safe. My son especially loved the pool! I also appreciated the excellent customer service—staff was welcoming and professional throughout our stay.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything met my expectations

I liked the area/location. It was really nice to feel safe since I am a women traveling alone. The property was clean inside and out. Staff was great and the bar & restaurant were really nice! Will visit here again for my next business trip.

Clean, quiet, close to my job

Breakfast was not free to all guests. You needed a voucher and I was told it wasn’t included in my rate, that I could pay a fee still to get breakfast. Seems weird that it wouldn’t be available to all guest like most hotels. I paid a fee to stay, not sure why the breakfast would be an additional charge. First time I had come across something like that.

The front Desk was very Nice and friendly and the bed was so comfortable

The breakfast was good it was a older black man asking only certain colors there room number to eat. I thought it was protocol till he only asked certain people I was embarrassed and upset other than that it was great

Housekeeping knocking on doors shortly after 8 am. Some desk personnel were rude when I asked why the water stopped. Her response "I just got here" For the price breakfast should be served free. The bar hours are irregular. Looked like someone got sick Christmas eve, so when I walked out Christmas morning it was there at 7. Should have been top priority before people woke up

The staff, excellent customer service, the cleanliness

The only thing I didn’t like was the pool water was very cold, even after I spoke with the staff and they sent the maintenance guy to turn the heater on. It was still extremely cold.

The location is nice. Very clean and comfortable. The bar & lounge area are very nice if you have visitors. I will be back. Great value for your money.

Breakfast was great! Nice place.

The elevator door closed too quickly, hit me three times! Found other people’s hair several places in the bathroom and bedroom.

i loved everything about the property.

the housekeeping was misinformed on check out and had entered the room but accidents happen so it’s fine.

The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, could have used better pillows but it was manageable.

The ac needs a constant fan mode the temperature fluctuations was pretty crazy, but the ceiling fan helped
