The pool- cleaned daily even in offseason for New Yorkers like us, cleanliness everywhere and the housekeeping staff were beyond accommodating and friendly , breakfast selections and the breakfast staff were amazing , and the location was prime for our needs. Traveled to Houston zoo and rodeo under 40 minutes.

We had a mix up with room availability when we checked in. Desk said they try to contact us to notify us but we did not receive any contact until we arrived at time of check in. Was sorted after the trip but was slight inconvenience for a family stay while there. Wish they would have notified us instead of assuming they were helping us.

Incredibly friendly people at this hotel! We felt SO warmly welcomed and really good taken cared of. It was easy to see that the manager here took very good care of both employees and customers, it felt a bit like a home. He walked around and talked to customers and employees like they were friends. That gave a very warm atmosphere. Our teenagers also really loved it here. We had pool view and spent much time there, also in early morning before the pool actually opened, we were allowed to go there - which was great since we were lagged and the temperature was also best in early morning and late evening. Our rooms were very clean and big and really comfortable, our (king and queen) beds super comfortable. Great with a big kitchen, fridge, micro etc. The location also very good, a short want one block up to a great authentic coffee shop -Minuti Coffee - highly recommended. -And lots of other restaurants, cafes and shops. Kroger is a great grocery store. We lived on this road for five years, 20 years ago, so that made it even better for us to be back. The Terrey Hershey park nearby is wonderful, just a bit too hot now 😅 - but nice in early morning on the trails by the river. Breakfast was also really good, the best we had on the five hotels on our vacation. Fresh fruits, plain yoghurt, omelette and scrambled eggs made of real eggs (not powdered), waffles and much more, and we could even make smoothies with fruits and seeds and protein powder etc. Really great! Missed bacon though, not a fan of sausages and such , would have been good with bacon as an option every morning (our stomachs prefers plain food ☺️). Good enough coffee as well. We would definitely come back here if we could! Also they have “social hour “ with some food and drinks - free - in the evening. Awesome!! Thanks for a really good stay!!

The only draw back at this hotel was that the (really) noisy part of the AC unit was placed in the master bedroom, instead of in the living room - which would have made our sleep so much better.. But all the rest was so good that we booked two extra nights here.

This is an absolutely fantastic accommodation option, that encompassed everything we could want in a hotel. We chose this particular hotel due to its location near the green belt/energy corridor, and the fact that the hotel offered bikes (which we used for a great ride on the nearby trails)! The staff here were wonderful; very attentive, informative, and friendly. Our room was super nice, with a great, and spacey, layout that looked over the pool/outdoor area. It included a full kitchen and a separate vanity area, along with a lot of great extras, such as Dove-brand soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. No wonder a whole lot of guests use this place for long term stays....we would have been happy setting up base here for a week! Also included at the hotel is a guest laundry, which was unexpected (but much appreciated), and a really good gym, that had both aerobic machines and a multi-gym, and a few free weights. Oh, and did I mention 'Fajita night'? We arrived on Wednesday night, which coincided with this, and what a wonderful experience it was. We had planned on going out to eat at one of the nearby restaurants, but ended up just eating at the fajita bar. Unfortunately, or not, this hotel and its staff has set the bar for all future hotel stays!!!

Breakfast is good, but could improve with more options on the eggs. They normally has 2 types that rotate in the week. After some days (2 weeks) you need alternatives.

Is missing Security Box in the rooms. When the clean lady "made" the room, should take care of the kitchen, if there is one glass used, that remain dirty.

It is simple and quick to check in and check out. It is a trusted team, I forgot my slippers and when I called reception after two days I was surprised it was there, and they kept it for me.

I was having many luggage, and I didn't observe anyone to help me carry them to the room.

the invoice was not given to me when checkout. they printed, but did not want to give to me, because I did the reservation in booking.com. I need it the invoice to expense to my company.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was awesome! A lot of variety. The room is perfect for a single person, spacious with all the convenience.

I did need to move to another room due to an AC leak and the rug was wet. But, they quickly changed my room without hesitation. Perfect customer service!

Great breakfast, all the reviews are spot on. I will be back. Free dinner from Monday- Wednesday. You can’ take as much food as you want.

Didn't love that the living/kitchen area of my "King Suite" had no windows, but that was a minor flaw.
