First I called due to an issue with my booking and Liza was very kind and held the room for me. I arrived and Liza greeted me again she was very pleasant. She even complimented me. Very nice place everything was clean and tidy. Overall my stay was great!

My stay was great until my peace and quiet was interrupted by the room next door. A man was yelling and it sounded like he was dropping things it was loud!! But the sheriff's were called out and it was ok after that

I had a pleasant stay at this motel, conveniently located near to halal dining options and grocery stores. The cleanliness of both the sheets and the bathroom was noteworthy. However, a couple of improvements that would enhance the experience include providing a hair dryer and a shower caddy to store shower essentials like shampoo and conditioner, as there was no suitable storage solution in the restroom, forcing us to place our items on the floor. No complimentary coffee, tea or drinking water was available in the room but the property had 2 vending machines for water/drinks and snacks.

Noise issue, One notable drawback of our stay was the noise levels, which allowed us to hear every sound, from our neighbors in the adjacent room to conversations outside our door. The worst was the noise of the cleaning service cart sound every time they passed by. Also the bed had a very loud creaking sound caused by its metal frame.

The property was nice and clean and I felt safe

The morning staff older lady she is very rude and ugly bad customer service if I would hv known I would hv took my hard earn money sm were else she has a very ugly attitude 😑 when I first arrived but the young lady staff she's very great friendly and mk sure u feel like u at home also the housekeeping lady she is outstanding when it comes to cleaning room and very sanitized

i liked the value. tv was ok (could be improved)....wifi was excellent....recommend to have pots/pans available for use with stove....lobby coffee was excellent.....staff was superb, HVAC was excellent....hot water and shower were excellent.....(but where was soap and shampoo holder or stand in the shower stall??)

no pots or pans for cooking ( i should have asked but didn't).....there was not a soap or wash towel holder available in shower stall

Room was adorable and comfortable, nice big shower warm water nice kitchen area TV with Netflix etc and large bed

Very loud at night, thin walls and we could hear cars/highway pretty clearly. Sheets had some other persons hair in them...

Fair price, cleanness

Although it was clean but a little smelly. Mattress box was out of metal but very noisy with a slight move. Mattress can be more comfortable by replacing it with memory foam or hybrid of memory foam and spring.

Location was perfect. The staff was perfect. It was very clean. And affordable.

The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was uncomfortable.

Easy access, right off of the road. Friendly staff. Very clean room!! The room had a small kitchenette! The hotel was just the right size for 2 folks. We felt safe because there were not too many rooms. Consequently, the parking was excellent! Not to mention, well lit.

Actually, the only thing was one ceiling light was malfunctioning. The manger said she'd get that corrected.

I liked the lady in the office her name is list she was so Sweet from the time I walked in till we left. Also the men that had to keep coming in cause I couldn't figure out how to work the tv. Thank you room 109 Karen Tais
