We stayed there for a weekend. The location of the hotel is perfect—right next to the bus stop! There are also indoor and outdoor parking lots. The facilities were well-maintained. The rooms were clean and renovated. The staff was very friendly and kind. The kids' amenities were amazing: a playground, a small zoo, tennis, mini golf, a kids' bowling alley, an indoor playroom, and a swimming area with a baby pool. There were also a lot of books and toys that kids could take to their rooms or to the restaurant to be entertained during lunch or dinner. Breakfast was also great! With the hotel's guest cards, you get discounts at the amusement park and Madridabahn, which is an amazing place up in the mountains. We will definitely come back!

Very clean, rooms are newly refurbished, facilities are appropiate for families with kids.

The breakfast was very low quality. You can add some eggs options ( beyond boiled) and, for parents, a good coffee to look fwd to. Small things that make the experience better are very important. Also, for families with kids it is so important to have employees that know how to smile, to crack a word with the customers etc i know it might be a cultural swiss thing for seriosity, but a smile can change the experience ;)

Rooms or lets say appartment was great. Clean, warm, cosy. Staff very friendly and helpful. All, from recepcionists, roomcleaners and waitstaff. The food quality of breakfast was really good. We also liked sauna.

Although the food at breakfast was good, it was not varied. Very limited breakfast selection throughout the week. For example, the lady only fried eggs on the first day, on Sunday, and then not anymore ;-)

As a family with two young active children we enjoyed all of the additional leisure facilities like the bowling, the pool, the gyms and the sledges for the outdoor fun. The property is just between the city center and the lifts. With the free bus use from the stop just very close by it’s been a hassle free experience to get anywhere. The restaurants are family friendly and the food is delicious. Staff everywhere was welcoming, friendly, helpful and understanding! They joked with the children and watched out that the parent also had a great stay. This was really exceptional.

The hotel rooms are being refurbished, one by one, and if there is anything to note in this section than that we stayed at an older room. it would have been nice to declare the fact upfront but to us it made no difference as we enjoyed the proximity to the pool!

The hotel was very close to the gondola which was 2 minutes away and to sports activities. There are also located closer to restaurants. It had such a beautiful view. There were several amenities for the kids such as mini-golf, bowling alley, and a kids indoor playground.

It seemed like the lights were malfunctioning in our room as it turned on twice during the night which woke us up and we had to physically turn it off.

Great location to connect to Madrisa or Gotschna ski lifts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Varieties of facilities and activities for children are great, from fun playgrounds to library with books and games. Rooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable. Can recommend the hotel for families!

The room was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was great we had it all for ourselves in the morning. The breakfast buffet was okay. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for family with young children. Lots of parking spaces are available right outside the hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Sport was wonderful. Warm welcoming staff, very interior design in the lobby. Other areas more traditional but didn't feel dated. Double room was a good size with comfortable beds. Extra pillows helped compensate for the extra soft ones provided. Generally very warm rooms, so kept the windows open to balance out for sleeping. Compliments to Dirk for his amazing helpful and cheerful demeanour! Breakfast buffet is well stocked and good variety, but mostly cold breakfast foods like cereal, yoghurts, cheese and sliced meats, pastries etc. Only improvement would have been hot food station for eggs etc. But to be honest it was more than satisfactory. We ate at the restaurant as well for dinner and the food was lovely. Good generous portions with an excellent daily menu as well as a la carte. The pool and sauna were fantastic and very high end. There are ample things for teenagers to do here, indoor bowling alley, pool table fuusball table, table tennis, even a PS4!! The dedicated bus stop right outside the hotel is amazingly convenient for a 5 mins journey to Madrissa gondala. Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was average. Swimming pool was excellent and so was the tennis court.

The Turnhalle was not available as it was booked by a dance group. This was not made aware to us and one of the reasons we went with friends was to play some sports together (badminton, basketball etc.). This was not possible. They offered the bowling alley for free, but this is not equivalent as the bowling alley is indoors and dark.
