Easy access to early morning international flight, do note terminal two is for departure and terminal 1 is far away. We had to pay extra to stay in terminal 2 pods. Could be more clear on booking.com

I had a great experience staying at VATC SleepPod in Terminal 1. The location inside the airport is very convenient, perfect for transit passengers. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for a good rest before our next flight. I especially want to highlight the female staff member (unfortunately I forgot her name) who was extremely helpful. She kindly assisted us with our luggage both at check-in and check-out, which made our stay much smoother and more pleasant. Her warm attitude and excellent service left a very positive impression. Overall, I highly recommend VATC SleepPod to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay at Hanoi Airport.

If you need a secure, quiet place to rest, these sleeping pods are a fantastic option. Just be prepared to use the public restroom when needed. While some travelers may see this as a downside, our family didn’t mind using the airport’s clean and well-maintained public restrooms.

The lady working the reception was very polite and helpful. We were able to check in smoothly at 2 am after a late flight and it was just what we needed to catch some sleep while we waited for a friend who was arriving 6 hours after us. There's no frills but it's perfect for a short stay when all you want is somewhere to sleep.

The only downside was that the pods themselves don't have bathroom facilities, for that you had to walk a couple of minutes down the hall to find them, and they weren't exactly well maintained or particularly clean. I feel this lack of maintenance is a fault of the airport itself rather than the pod management though.

The Sleep pods were easy to find and the manager was very nice and communicated well. He provided a necessary wake up call too.The facilities were very clean and comfortable with added treats, water and tooth brush. The airport had some construction our night. Tho i didnt hear it much but the power went out severely times. Would have been great if they could have turned the AC back on when power was restored without us waking up. Maybe something they can add in the future!

Really convenient, arrived late evening for an early morning flight. Room was compact for two people, but perfectly fine for the time we spent there. Good night's sleep, and up early in the morning to go downstairs to check-in. Clean and comfortable. Provided water and snacks.

Surprised no access to an airport shower, and the toilets located a few minutes walk away in an office area. Had expected facilities to be more like other airport facilities.

The pod is extremely small - barely room for you and a suitcase - also because of the size they are extremely warm - there is AC in each pod but it's so noisy its difficult to actually sleep. Also no bathroom facilities directly near the pod was a bit of an issue.

Staff are very helpful, can watch YouTube in the pod and use WiFi. Free shuttle bus between international terminal and domestic terminal where the pods are located, so no need to change money for taxis etc to go to a regular hotel. It's my second visit and I use it because of convenience.

There is no shower facilities, and the nearest toilet is quite a long walk. I pre prepared by taking a pack of wet wipes, but be aware of this. The Aircon is effective but a little bit noisy. The smart TV controls are all in Vietnamese so it takes a little bit of time to figure out how to watch YouTube. Overall it's still a good convenient option for a stop over however.

The location is amazing if you need to be at the airport at some crazy hour. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there is everything you may need in the pod for a night of sleep.

Unfortunately the pods are not that well ventilated, it gets vert warm and stuffy inside so you need to sleep with AC on and a fan. There is no shower at the location so its something to look out for and plan accordingly. The upper bed is hard as piece of wood, but some people like it, so its just a remark.

Very frendly receptionist. Very good to pass nigth at airport for one person.

The toilet is far away. The room is narrow It would be much beter if it have 20 cm more wide I don`t like the carpet generaly beacause of dificult cleaning it.The upper bed is very hard while down is soft. Conclusion: trow away carpet and change the mattresse at upper bed.
