Good location near to old quarter and short walk to lake hoan kiem. Short and cheap grab rides to most attractions. All staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

No window for the single-beds room.

My stay was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options both veggie and non-veggie. The also catered for your needs if required. The location is incredible. Walk to anywhere or you can get a Grab to anywhere super easy. Just a walking distance to shops and coffee shops. Super close to train street and Old quarter. While close to busy places, this hotel was quiet and on a not-so-busy street. The people at the hotel were super nice and they made sure everything was up to my liking and that I was satisfied with their service. They were just amazing! The room was also great, spacious, super clean (they room service is amazing), and the bed was super comfy and the pillows were so good. I was there for 3 weeks and it felt like home. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. I will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Minerva hotel. The hotel staff is always friendly and are well organised. The breakfast is very good with a decent variety of food also for vegetarians. The restaurant staff is very professional and nice. You can choose from both the buffet and also from a la carte. The rooms are cleaned well and are spacious, especially the shower! The lobby of the hotel looks beautiful and well maintained. The location of the hotel is central to a lot of the main sight seeings.

The only inconvenience we had was the payment issue with the hotel system somehow not accepting our creditcard and some issues with the bed seating when we arrived, but Steve the manager really acted professional and swiftly took care of the problems. Our stay after that was excellent and without any further issues.

We are just checking out of this beautiful hotel, we stayed for 3 nights as our final destination of our asia travels! We highly recommend this hotel to everyone, the service standards are exceptional with the added touch of friendliness and care for if you want professional service then they are more than happy to just serve you but if you would like recommendations and conversations on where to go, to eat, activities, etc then they are the all welcoming to talk to. We booked to room with the Jacuzzi on the large balcony as pictures are attached, It is defiantly worth the upgrade for people who are looking to relax in Hanoi and wanting to escape the hustle. You are 8 floors up and can barely hear the street noise below which is excellent. We were offered free drinks up on their sky bar as they had sprayed mosquito repellent in our room on arrival so that was a very nice touch so that you can have peace of mind knowing where you will be sleeping is fully bug free! We booked the luxury all day cruise trip via the hotel which was also amazing! Also great value for what you are offered there including use of jacuzzi on the cruise, lovely choice of food, kayaking and live music. Also a big personal thank you to Jamie the customer relations who was so good throughout the entire stay making prior contact before arriving with informations and was in daily contact if we had any questions, enquiries, etc. Finally, we were served on the first evening on the skybar at the top of the hotel having drinks where we had amazing service with a staff member who loved the same music as us (Post Malone) played music on request and ensured we had a great evening. For a first timer in a new country, it is always nerve wracking booking hotels you haven't seen or stayed at. Minerva hotel and staff went above and beyond in our expectations and made our stay even more wonderful. The staff were all courteous, they were always smiling and asking after our day. Food was excellent! and on our way home since the flight was super early and the restaurant wasn't open yet, they prepared a packed breakfast we can take with us =D Mega thoughtful!!! Rooms were spacious ( asian standard ) and really clean. Updated decor and well lit!

We stayed in 2x rooms that were connecting. One entrance - with a hallway and then two separate rooms, each with a good soundproof door. We loved this hotel. From the staff to the breakfast, to the rooms. They helped us get a SIM card organised for my husband at a reasonable price, which was great, because I had organised AIRLO for myself, but he needed a SIM card too and it was great to just have someone who came who and sorted it all out for us. So thats a great thing for us. The staff are friendly. The rooms are lovely. The breakfast had everything you needed and I love the ala carte and some buffet. Thats a really great idea - saves on food wastage, and good innovative idea as Hanoi hotels often dont have the space for massive buffets. So it is perfect, you can order as much or as little as you want. Great place, would definitely stay again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Jamie, Kate and Sun were standouts. They went the extra mile to make our stays (three of them over our 3 week holiday in Vietnam) absolutely perfect! They could not have done more. A shout out to the cleaning staff too - our accommodation was sparkling clean always. The hotel is in a fantastic central location in the old town and has a lovely spot for breakfast on the 9th floor with great views of old town Hanoi. We slept well - we had a super comfy bed and pillows in all three rooms we stayed in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious and peaceful. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi.

The Minerva Premium Hotel is a wonderful hotel located in the middle of Old Quarter. It is walking distance to all the popular tourists spot such as St.Joseph Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc. It boasts a modern contemporary style interior from the lobby, rooms, dining, and spa. The Sky Bar offers a mix of relaxing, and upbeat ambience. One thing that separates this hotel from any other hotel in the area is the hotel representative’s hospitality. From the moment you walk in to the lobby, you will be greeted by these lovely hotel employees who is always willing to help. Jamie of Front Desk warmly welcomed us, and made us feel comfortable. His genuine kindness set the mood to what our stay is going to look like. He set the bar up on the kind of hospitality that the hotel could offer. The room we got offers ample space for your luggages if needed. The breakfast buffet provides you with plethora of selection between Western, and Vietnamese cuisines. The Skybar employees, the bell boys, the masseuse, and every employee at the property made our short stay delightful!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY.

My husband and I stayed two at the Minerva Premium Hotel in Hanoi on two occasions. We loved our stay the first time so much that we booked again on our return to Hanoi. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful especially, Jamie, Steve (the manager), Sonny, Kate, Lin and Xun. They were all outstanding. Each of them made our stay so special and memorable. The hotel is new and in a fantastic location to walk to Hanoi sights. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful and spacious. We chose a room without windows and it was wonderful. We did not miss not having a window. Clean crispy linens and lovely robes. Large clean bathroom beautifully designed. The hotel gave us a complimentary welcome drink on the roof top bar which overlooks the city. We enjoyed a drink at sunset which was spectacular. We started each day with a delicious buffet and Ala Carte breakfast on the 10th floor restaurant. Lin served us each day and we loved her enthusiasm and professionalism. We asked for stronger coffee and Steve the manager went out to buy stronger coffee and special filters to ensure we loved the morning coffee.. it was perfect. Jamie helped us book us a 2 day/1 night trip to Ha Long Bay which was wonderful. We stayed at Minerva Premium Hotel for a few days before traveling north on motorbikes for a few weeks. When we were in the north of Vietnam riding motorbikes when we heard about Typoon Yagi. We had to make emergency plans to get to Hanoi with our motorbikes. Jamie who works at the front desk at the hotel helped us book a luxury overnight sleeper bus with our motorbikes traveling from Ha Giang to Hanoi. We were so grateful for all of Jamie’s help to get us safely back to Hanoi to stay at the Minerva Premium Hotel. We stayed at the hotel during the Typhoon and we felt safe during this massive storm despite high winds, trees coming down and flooding in areas. We are so grateful to all of the staff and will absolutely stay again.

Another level of hospitality - amazing staff. I have never in my life felt that well hosted in a hotel. The hotel is great and well-kept. Super tasty food, spotless rooms, the biggest bed ever, and an amazing bathroom. But it is the staff who made this stay amazing. When I was waiting too long for my cab, the hotel boy just took me to the destination with his scooter. To give you an example. The girl working in the lobby - was basically like a concierge taking care of everything I needed and even making sure I managed to wake up for breakfast. I loved the stay.

the only thing missing - napkins on the restaurant tables
