The is an amazing boutique hotel in a prime location The staff are super amazing, they will do everything for your comfort I arrived 8 am and they check me in immediately ❤️ Next day I booked the suite and I got an upgrade to the royal suite for free ❤️ This will be my favorite hotel in Hanoi ❤️ Special thanks to the manager for great hospitality and kindness ✌️

Nothing to complain all perfect and super comfy

It’s a new hotel, the staff is putting a lot of effort on making the experience as nice as possible which we appreciated immensely. The location is perfect, in a beautiful street right in between the old quarter and French quarter. While there are some things to improve finalise, I would recommend it if you are spending a couple of days in Hanoi.

The experience varies significantly depending on the room. There are some beautiful big ones in the upper floors, while the junior suites in the lower floor can feel a bit too small with low ceilings and small amenities. I would recommend paying a bit extra for the larger rooms.

I had an incredible stay at L'Signature Hotel & Spa in Hanoi's Old Quarter. From the moment I arrived, the service staff went above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. They made me feel completely at home. The rooms were impressively spacious, immaculately clean, and had every amenity I could possibly need. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. Location-wise, it couldn't be better. Nestled right in the lively Old Quarter, it's perfect for exploring Hanoi's charming streets. And as a bonus—Pizza 4P's is just a 2-minute walk away! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

I was quite content with the pho and Koko Krunch, though I did come across some lukewarm dishes and disappointing coffee.

Excellent location, the best and most friendly staff! Our flight arrived early and could not check in early, instead they looked after our luggage and provided us with a shower to use to freshen up, they also allowed us to do this on our departure as we left late at night. Everyone was very friendly and supper accommodating which just added the cherry on top to a wonderful holiday. My boyfriend had his birthday during our stay and they decorated our room for it, as well as made him a birthday dessert for us to share. I could not recommend a better place to stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at *L’Signature Hotel Hanoi*. Located in the heart of the Old Quarter, it’s perfectly situated—just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the weekend market, and some of Hanoi’s most popular food spots. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and tucked away from the main street, making it a peaceful retreat from the city buzz. Excellent breakfast with a good buffet spread and also a la carte menu options. What made our stay especially memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. Special thanks to Leo Nguyen, the Customer Service Manager, for personally checking in on us during our stay, and to Celine and Tina for their thoughtful assistance—from helping us with concert tickets to arranging local appointments. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome. We’ll definitely return to L’Signature on our next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. From the communication before the arrival to the personalised care once there. I booked this for my daughter as a birthday present while she was travelling South East Asia. She turned 22 while there and said it’s the best present I’ve ever given her. She was surprised with balloons and decorations and a beautiful breakfast plate. The communication and care from Celine prior to her arrival was incredible. The location is fantastic and the facilities are brilliant. My daughter has told me that she wants to return to Hà Nội just to stay at this hotel. Thank you so much to all the staff for making my daughter’s birthday so special and memorable.

This is my second stay at this property. I chose it again based on my previous positive experience. I loved the staff, the location, and the rooms. The daily breakfast is excellent, and the rooftop bar has views of the lake and live music at night. Leo is the manager, and he is a real gentleman. I plan on returning for business later in the year, and again, I will stay at this property. It's that good! PS- Nancy, the concierge, booked us a tour to Halong Bay on Stellar Cruisers, and she is fantastic. She handled everything making it a perfect experience.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and close to the main attractions. Even if it's in the centre you don't hear any noise at night so we slept well! The bed is so comfy too! The staff is kind and really nice. They gave us an upgrade for our room so that we could be more comfortable with our son. We got our sim card through the hotel. Breakfast and food is good. The terrace is lovely! The night we arrived there was live music so we enjoyed it a lot. They have been really helpful during our stay. I can't recommend them enough! Thank you!

Everything was perfect!

I was nervous about booking five star hotels in Vietnam due to a lot of fake reviews, but genuinely this hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the minute we stepped in, the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful facilities, and they upgraded us to a bigger room which was awesome. They gave us tips on the best areas to go, and even helped organise a package to be sent from another hotel for us. The hotel is all fresh and new, with modern facilities, clean and quiet, amazing breakfast choices, little touches such as a welcome card and drinks. Leo the hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and even gave us a parting gift! Everyone was so sweet and friendly, and not overly pushy etc, just super accommodating. I’d 100% choose to stay again!

Would have been great to have body lotion and an iron provided in the room, but they had a lot of other amenities so not a major thing!
