Loved our stay here! Super nice cozy room. The rooftop bar is really nice for a drink too. And the breakfast buffet is delicious (so many options). Location is great and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. But what made our stay the best was the staff. I cannot get over how friendly they all were. On the day of our checkout we didn’t get a bus until 7:30pm and the staff offered for us to take a shower and freshen up before the bus. So kind! I’d highly recommend!

Nicely presented hotel, with great staff and good quality comfortable beds. Clean rooms too!

The facilities were a little poor. Roof top bar was disappointing (no hot tubs working) The gym Facilities were really basic. The rooms are great, but we had to move due to proximity to breakfast area on level 11. I do not recommend rooms on level 10 due to the noise of chairs moving etc

The Staff was Very attentive and friendly but never intrusive or Pushy. In general the Hotel was really good, we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast Buffet is good and tasty. Gym is slightly small but allright. The reception was allways Very helpful and provided us with some useful Hanoi intel! The location is perfekt If you dont want to be right in the "heart" of the tourist district.. because that might be too noisy and for sure packed with tourists/venders. The Hotel is literally at the edge of the pulsating and fascinating old quarter, so its just a short walk of 2 min and you are right in the middle of the action. We would stay here again :)

Breakfasts - outstandingly good ! Service - perfect.

One of criterias we chose this hotel was the balcony - but in this case it was a joke - neither we could sit there (too narrow) nor we could admire the view (we had the view on high stone wall).

The reason I booked this hotel is its central location right in between Hoan Kiem Lake and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. It was a great decision as their rooms are also nice and their staff so professional and accommodating. It was easy for us to book airport pickup and dropoff, leave our bags at the lobby, and ask for fresh towels in the room. Their restaurant at the top floor has good views of Hanoi and serve healthy and delicious food for breakfast. You'll find lots of good noodle restaurants across the streets make sure to try the local chicken noodle soup as it's one of the best noodle soups in the world! We could eat the noodle soups all day and we never got tired eating them. The famous lake is just a quick 15-minute walk from the hotel and so we enjoyed walking around here for two evenings, eating street food, watching people, and taking pictures by the water. It was my second time in Hanoi and would definitely come back again as I love the vibe of the old city so much.

I enjoyed the warm greeting from all the staff from when I entered to when I left my one night stay. The attentiveness from staff cannot go unseen. The room was spotless and I had a small issue with the bathroom however that was tended to immediately. The host Naomi was very professional and warm, she explained all the amenities throughly with the added confidence that if I needed anything further they can assist. My favourite part was the aircon stayed on regardless if my room key was inserted or not. With the Hanoi weather it was very nice coming back to a lovely aircon room. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Hanoi!

What a fantastic stay at this well positioned hotel The front desk from check in to check out were fantastic. Walkable to all attractions and shopping Lovely coffee shop just opposite the hotel Breakfast with fresh cooked eggs available. Plenty of choice for meat and veggie lovers. Two jacuzzis on the rooftop and a rooftop bar Basic gym - just one running machine but adequate for our needs Would thoroughly recommend and would stay here again on a return visit to Hanoi My husband also had a significant birthday whilst we were away. They offered a celebration package of cake, fruit, wine and room decoration - a minimal cost and was amazing

Nothing to dislike

My stay at Acoustic Hotel & Spa was an exceptionally pleasant experience that exceeded all expectations. The hotel exudes elegance, cleanliness, and thoughtful design, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding level of service and the remarkable dedication of the entire staff. Every team member – from the front desk and restaurant staff to the spa personnel – demonstrated a high level of professionalism, warmth, and a genuine willingness to ensure guests’ comfort. Their kindness and sincere care created an atmosphere that is truly rare to find. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay – it’s a place where you’ll genuinely feel welcome.

We would like to commend and thank ALL the staff - the lively, friendly, energetic reception staff, swift and thorough housekeeping staff, committed kitchen and f&b front of house staff, friendly, assertive bell-boys and concierge. Our stay was magnificent and this hotel-team goes out of their way to make one feel at home, with a smile. For us, it felt like a “home away from home” and i will visit there again in the next 2 months! Thank you SO very much to every team members! What a jewel at a perfect location. One suggestion, in order to fill up the reataurant which was quiet at night is maybe to offer theme buffet nights once or twice a week… Maybe a seafood buffet, Vietnamese Bbq buffet or something…
